This number calls me 4 and 5 times a day nobody is ever on the line how can I stop this

Pesky unsolicited telemarketing call with offers were originally refused. Calls were made numerous times during evening hours and then same caller with the same telephone number as the original call hangs up. This is harassment and if it persists, authorities will be notified and sanctions implemented. Telemarketing caller was female with broken-English-Indian accent. Caller seems incapable of accepting offer refusal to an unsolicited call.

I have submitted  phone numbers  612-808-5067, 612-328-9565 & 703-775-8056 to
  https://www.donotcall.gov    to file a complaint against someone violating the Registry.  You can go to that website and register your phone number(s).  Then file a complaint against anyone who violates it.

Multiple calls/day. Beeps then hangs up. No one on other end.

same here.  loud beep beep. then nothing.  some [***] robo-caller.

I don't access Web pages that end in .gov

Calls come several times per evening and every few hours on weekend.  If you pickup you hear 2 clicks and disconnect.
