Did not identify themselves, only to say that they had an "important health question" for me. I called back after hiding my number, and found out that it was United Healthcare.  United Healthcare apparently thinks that I am not taking care of my health to suit their goals I guess.

This number comes up any time during day through evening hours. United Healthcare has this number, and will want to talk with me once a week, as part of their  "House Call Services" program. If you don't talk to them personally, they will call EVERYDAY for two weeks, sometimes longer. These nuisance calls have pushed me to the point of finding another healthcare provider for next year. I am afraid this is a trend with other companies as well. Anyone on medicare is treated as incapable of taking care of ourselves, of having friends, or keeping busy. I have had questions asked about how many friends I have, where I go and with whom? I do not have dementia, and that is not the reason I am upset with these questions. United Healthcare has poorly trained their "House Call" helpers. Yuk, these calls are intrusive and not appropiate to my healthcare regime.

they call their members as a reminder to get their flu shot - and is no charge. Annoying, but they are trying to keep their customers healthy so as not to have to pay for their care when sick.  Give the a break,  ya know?

Caller is using a spoofed number, do not pay. Don't even try to call them back. And for heavens sake, don't answer it if you don't know it.

I was called twice in a row, one callrr identified himself as a nurse asking me to call back, I did not.  The second call the following day was supposedly to make sure I was getting all the benefits from United Healthcare but a lady proceeded to ask me for my birth date and social security number so I said I did not feel comfortable at all about that and that was it.
