Received a fax from Steven West with this number listed saying Wall St. International is the tenth largest private equity in American and offering a contact number if I wanted to liquidate my company. Obviously a scam. Found this website googling it.

Received a fax saying to call 613-236-0076 as they want to buy our company.  The fax said from Wall Street International.  When I Googled this phone number people are saying this same phone number is from North American Equity Group.  The address just says offices throughout North America which this mention for both companies.  I'll go out on a limb and say this a scam.  They are just trying to get into your pockets for money.  This company is NOT going to give you anything!  This phone number of 613-236-0076 is from the Country of Canada at Ontario (Kingston, Ottawa).

Received a fax saying to purchase my company with 2 buyers in different states. I googled the name on the letter Peter Winslow and he is conected with over 50 companies.  Letter is a form letter and written pretty well.  Says he called a few times and couldnt get past my secretary.  sounds believable until i googles.  Definately a scam

We receive this fax constantly from Wall Street International trying to buy a portion of our business. The "letter" is from Victor Pennington. I googled the phone # and it is in Ottawa Canada.   Big time scam and a waste of my fax paper!!

Received a fax from 613-236-0076 at my work last night stating : "Wall Street International, with Offices throughout North America. Telephone: (613-236-0076), Someone's Name, Wrong Address, Dear Someone Else's Name, As you know, since early 2011 we have been corresponding with you about a significant buyer who would like to buy all or a major share of Your Incorrect Business Name. Now there is a second investor who has a different idea in mind. This investor would like to buy a minority equity share in blank Company Name. You would still maintain total control. Please call me at 613-236-0076. I will give you the name of the name of the company who wants to buy a majority interest and the name of the name of the fund that would like to make a substantial investment. I will also give you a good idea on value for each transaction for Your Incorrect Company Name, Someone Else's Name. Kindest regards, Victor Pennington, President."  All duplicated words, misspellings, and incorrect names and addresses have been copied verbatim above. This is clearly stupidity at it's finest folks. More than likely a Nigerian 419 scam. Reporting it to the FCC and Bell Canada. Phone number: 613-236-0076 is located in Ottawa, Ontario. Its exchange 236 is managed by BELL CANADA - ON. The number is currently on switch number OTWAON23CG6.

Getting fax's from Sun America Capital, 2 phone numbers 613-236-0076.  The other for a Michael Peterson @ 403-4741-6802.  Wants to buy the Company which was recently acquired by a huge organization so there is no interest in selling again.  SCAM

Same as everyone else... OMIGOSH! They have buyers for my company! Michael Peterson, President wants one of our principals to call him at 403-441-6802 because the secretary is uncooperative. Yep, scam.

Now they change name into Sun America Capital

4/5/13 - GOT THE SAME FAX FROM MICHAEL PETERSON @ SUN AMERICA CAPITAL, OFFICES THROUGHOUT NORTH AMERICA.  613 # ON LETTERHEAD, BUT ASKS ME TO CALL HIM AT 403-441-6802, WHICH IS ALBERTA.  613 IS ONTARIO.  THANK GOODNESS MY SECRETARY IS SO EFFICIENT....CONSIDERING I DON'T EVEN HAVE ONE, SHE IS PRETTY REMARKABLE!!!!!

The 403 number is supposedly owned by a Melissa Engdahl in Calgary, and the address associated with this number is in a residential area. whitepages.com and google maps can provide the details.

Got fax from Michael Peterson with phone 613-236-0076, 15 year old address on fax. return number 403-441-6802.

We keep getting faxes from someone at THE MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS DEPT showing a telephone number as 613-236-0076 that they have been calling and sending letters but have been unsuccessful.... really? The letter states to call Michael Peterson, President at 403-441-6802.... called to have number removed on numerous occasions but different telemarketers keep answering the phone.... WHAT IDIOTS & SUCH A SCAM!!! Not to mention, waste of my fax paper!!!!!
