I keep receiving fax calls from this number. I want to find their phone number to call them and ask them to STOP. I'm so sick of this at all times of the day

Called me 3 times in a row today. My caller ID says Ontario.

I found this on another site.

"I was receiving calls from 613-249-3233 and 613-249-3234 about 15 times in the last hour. I finally forwarded the next call to my real fax machine and out came a spam advertisement from Apotex, the pharmaceutical company. I faxed them back telling to cease and desist. I also called them to stop faxing my cell phone."

Can anyone hook up a fax and verify if this is true? They're calling my cell phone.

Received 3 calls within half an hour from this number. Seems to be a fax. But.... be careful. Can also be (and I do not know whether that is the case or not...) a trick to let you call this number back. And that can be an expensive call, which you initiated yourself, and thus can be charged. Or is it really, as reported 31jan14 Apotex, making some mistake ?

they call all day long for the people that had my phone number before and it's a goddamn fax machine.just called 3 times in ten minutes

IT'S A SCAM, BUT IT'S NOT FROM APOTEX

I have been receiving "fax" calls from various numbers since we moved into our house 1 year ago!  Some days they will call numerous times, and my message machine will be filled with annoying beeps.  Other posts mentioned the company Apotex Pharmaceuticals, from Canada, so I found this contact information online.   However, when I called the company they were very nice and they confirmed numerous complaints about these fax calls but stated they were not originating from their company.  They have launched an investigation, and determined it is a SCAM from another company, but they have so far been unable to trace where it is coming from.  They are continuing their investigation.  DO NOT reply to the faxes with any personal information.  Unfortunately, I don't know how to STOP the stupid calls, and it seems like the scammers are bouncing their originating information from company to company, as I have seen other posts mention different company names that come through on the actual faxes.

I recommend anyone using a land line buy a call blocker for about $35-$40 on ebay. Similar to a caller iD, once some idiot like this calls you, all you have to do is hit the block button on the call blocker and they are blocked from making further calls. My call blocker just disconnected the second call from the idiot. Sweet!
