Got a call from 613 627 2802; no caller name displayed. Don't know who is calling me and why?

Someone keeps calling from this number and when I picked up ... The call is terminated

calls aggravatingly doesn't say anything call terminates/you know there are 2 many people on the planet when this [***] happens
people whats the point of this go find something constructive to do

Harassed by this number for the last month...dead air..hangs up..decided to pick up and not speak...man then came on asked for my wife by name..I told him that his end has called many times with hang ups thus do not waste my time..i then hung up...this number has called each day since...Today I pickuped up without speaking...a lady then said "Hello?" twice and after I answered she hung up. I found a toll free number for Fund Raising Direct linked to this number. Left a message instructing to NOT CALL our number...time will tell....

I'm experiencing similar calls as those who've posted here. Most of the time the caller hangs up when I answer. Sometimes a caller will speak and ask for my husband. If I tell them my husband isn't home, the caller replies that they will call back, then abruptly hangs up. What kind of fund drive is this? I can't believe the Red Cross are behaving so unprofessionally.

I've just received a 2nd call from them. Same as described above, they just hang up when I answer.

This number just keep calling every other day.

Calls around 4 to 8 pm intermittently throughout the week for about a month now. If you pick up it just sounds like a person pocket dialed you. You hear crackling and maybe faint talking then the call is terminated. No messages are ever left on the answering machine. Just some board turd harassing people for fun I guess.

Same as described. Calling me every day at 7pm EST and hanging up.

Those [***] have been calling me every day at 2pm as well.

I've gotten a call from this number on average, twice a day (sometimes three or four times a day!) for the past three weeks - very annoying.  They leave no message & I refuse to pick up since if I do, they'll know to call back at the same time the next day for days on end.  This borders on harrassment!

I got a call from this number, a male with uncertain voice provided my name, address and email address. I have no idea where they get these information! He claimed that I donated $75 to the liberal party last year (which I didn't). This is really weird! Then I checked on google and saw this website. Will change my personal info everywhere soon!

It's the Candian Red Cross. I had issues too since no one was on the other end. But it just worked and they thanked me for a donation.

Got a call from this number and the man on the other end was thanking me for donating to the Red Cross and the "We Love Manchester" campaign and I said that I have donated to Red Cross but not for that campaign.  He wasn't getting far with me so he ended his call.  Seems fishy to me.

Received a call at 12.00 noon June 19 and every day prior but with no message as we are in yard and cannot answer. The nuisance call seems to have started after a successful call from Red Cross to us canvassing for donations that I was not in a position make. Appears to be a follow up of a frustrated canvasser or Red Cross trying to express displeasure.
