I just got several calls from this number trying to send my cell phone a fax.

I am getting REPEATED fax attempts to my cell phone!!!!!!!!!

40 attempts to my efax service!  call the number back only to find out "this number not in service"!

This number called our office about 6 times, ringing as a fax machine...upon calling back a recording advised "this number is NOT IN USE".

Its a company called Ulextra Inc. Deals with the lighting industry in Canada and US.

Who is calling? 5 calls and beeping

This number has called me several times and when I answer its a fax machine.

This number continues to call my work phone, its a hugh irritation

This number keeps calling our land line... 6 times in less than 10 minutes! All it does is beep, like someone is faxing. Talk about annoying!

How did you find out who it was? and is there a way to stop the calls?

Stop sending faxes!!!!!!!! Immediately!!!!

I keep receiving calls for a fax on a non fax line.

They called me:
2 times at 3:16 pm
1 time at 4:52 pm
2 times at 4:59 pm
Its ridiculous.

6 calls in the last 5 minutes from this number to my cell phone. So annoyed!

This number called my workplace several times today within a 40 minute period, until we just blocked it from reaching our call center at all.  It didn't actually sound like a fax, just a slow series of beeps like a truck backing up.

the above is received fax header with caller id number is the number in question. the from number strange enough is my own that i set up with efax on free trial. i gave no one this number and the fax received is copy of the one i sent out.
efax is the only ones that could have done this. the fax was sent back 1 min after completion of sent one below. i have xed out personal info but

i am canceling immediately.  hope this answers questions about where this is coming from. they are a place to start.

how do i get this to stop? getting annoying.

to make it stop, you must answer the phone and wait till you stop earing the ANNOYING beeps... it worked for me

It is an EFAX number. The person trying to FAX us FINALLY found the right FAX number for us (It's only one digit different from our telephone line). They were using EFAX, but dialing the wrong number. So, yeah, it's SOMEBODY trying to FAX somebody else, using the wrong number. There isn't really anything to do about it, other than hope they finally figure it out, or just give up. The reason you get the beeps, rather than the FAX sound, is that it the software EFAX uses does not start that communication sound, unless it gets a FAX answer from the number it is attempting to contact.
