calls saying I have a debt, need to pay by buying pre-paid card.

They tried to extort me yesterday asking for 3500 dollars saying that is my doubt with CRA

I HOPE THEY ARE PROSECUTED AND SENTENCED.

I received a call saying that police will come to my door with a warrant because I didn't fill my taxes correctly.

Caller :calling from CRA and Asked Did you receiver any call from police ?
I wonder ,where this guy got my connect information.

They called me from this number and ask me to deposit money that I owe CRA
I talked to my accountant he said it's fraud ,but I am still scared.

Called the number back and it's a magic jack number - total scam!

They called twice when I wasn't home abd talked to my father, they told him that they've on behalf of the government of canada: The investigation department!

someone(claimed from Canada Revenue agency) call me from this number saying that someone will issue a warrant from local police. Ask my consent to release my personal info. call back this number and they to reconfirm and no body call me back. big scam.

I got a call from this number and they asked me to pay money that i owe around $1400. Some lady was there saying she is calling from CRA and i have violated laws and if i dont pay it i will go to jail for 4 years. first i believed them so i asked what should i do. they asked me not to disconnect the phone and not to talk to anyone else. than they asked me to go to my bank withdraw $1400. than buy some "pay power load pack" and reload all the money to that and than their agent will come and verify. when i declined to buy those cards, they told me cops are on their way to arrest me but no one came obviously. It is a scam but i did get scared in the beginning as they had so much information about me. Someone has to do something about this people or they will fraud so many innocent people and take their money.

got a call yesterday telling me I have a warrant for my arrest etc,, same as others so I call them today and made as if I was an investigator and the little fool nearly pooped his pants :) kids with a phone!

Message left by this number claims to be Revenue Canada and I have a lien. One small problem, I'm on EI and the government would not allow me to be on EI if this were true. Therefor it is Fraud.

You can get your money back these scammers are working from Ottawa.

Others scams are located in India and use Magic jack.

This group is located in Ottawa  and  within reach of Canadian justice.
Someone should run a sting and arrest the fake CRA officers that come to collect the cash.

The Ottawa police should give them a visit and arrest them for fraud and impersonating a CRA officer.
