Got a call from this number saying to call with case number they provide. Stating that something was being sent to my job or my home. At th end of the message it states that i have been served.

Repeated calls and am about ready to call the state attorney generals office

I got a phone call about a civil complaint filed against me, and the paperwork will be served at my residence, or place of employment. The person on the other end suggested that I should give them a call back to rectify the matter, and I've been officially notified. For what?

Same experience, going to my wife's phone number here in Southwest Kansas. She is German and we just moved back to the area. Would love to hunt these people down and take of business on my own. Government takes too long I know, veteran. Maybe a .50 cal. straight through their servers would solve things.

why should i call you back, i dont know what this is about, will give it to my lawyer

The person said something about my job and that I should call the number back with any questions, giving a long identification letter-number combination.  It closed saying that this was my official notification.  It made it sound that my job was in jeopardy.  I am 80!

Tried and tried to  call them back only to get a "can't take anymore messages" message...says i'm being sued, I'm on SSD..makes me judgement proof. screwem! I believe it is a scam, trying to find out the name of the company, I ALSO have a letter/number combination for a case number.

My message states that they "rec'd a fax order concerning a complaint filed against me to be served at my home or place of employment, " and saying I "have officially been notified. "   I have all debt paid off.  There is nothing that remains.  If they know where to find me they can send something in writing.  I do not honor or answer any phone calls to solicit debt collection.  I do not verify info either.  If they have legitimate info on me they do not need to verify who I am.

Just got an automated call saying I'm being served papers at my job to go to court if I don't call back to settle the matter at had.

Got the same type of message left with our Exec. Sec. totally against the law

Do not call back the number given. It is a scare scam. They will help your court case problem go away.....for a hefty amount paid up front. Even though you don't have a court case against you. I suppose a debt collector could use this tactic....illegal or not... to get you to respond to them claiming you owe money to them in the form of a debt.
