need to know who this belongs to they keep calling and hanging up and making and saying weird stuff.

They kept calling me so and not leaving a message so I put them on my blocked call list.  If someone calls me and I don't know the number, I don't answer and if they don't leave a message I put them on my blocked call list.  I am so sick of the calls from scam artist, schools, telemarketers...ect....Stop calling me.
