This number called and said I had 648 of a worthless check and if I didn't pay in three hours I would be arrested at my place of work and detained for 15-20 days. I was told they would make my life miserable and called me a [***]. Called back and the foreigner refused to talk to me.

This number called and said I was involved in a legal matter but would not reveal what business he was calling on behalf of.

This number called me and stated that I was being sued for a payday loan that I received and I have no knowledge of what they were talking about and when I said that I would turn them in to the Attorney Generals Office here in Springfield, IL they got up set and started yelling at me.  Don't give these people any information hang up on them and turn them in.

Received a very threatening message from this number. Scared to call them back

This company called me and give me my email address and my last 4 digit of my social security #. The rep Dwayne McGurre at ext 105, then told me I owe US Cash (phone 1-909-666-4253)  $498.23 and if I don't pay this they will have me arrested on my job.  I told him I needed to call him back and I wanted to pay by debit.  He hung up and told me he will have just have the police to come.  Then my cell rang and it was 911 someone telling me just pay the bill.  I called Dwayne back he wanted me to get a prepaid card.  While I was on the phone with him I called my attorney and explain to them what was happening, they said send me the information and we will handle the matter.  So I told them my attorney will be contacting them and now everytime I call they hang up.

got a call last night i have until friday get a green dot money pack and call danny watson with the money at 614-432-8992 ex.115 they could not tell me of the company they said there is hundreds of payday  companys did not know

I got a call from this number also and told to pay 200.00 by the of the day or they would have me arrested telling I got money some payday company also would not tell me who the company was.

This number called me today, Wednesday, May 21, 2014 and when my wife questioned them, they cursed at her and kept calling back when we asked them to stop. They claim they have a law suit but you could barely understand what they were saying. They speak with an East Indian accent. We will be reporting them to the authorities and filing a report with the Attorney General's office because obvious they are scammers and need to be put in jail as they claim they are going to do to other people.

Receiving calls from this columbus, ohio nuimber stating that I have a legal claim against me and need to pay by credit card immediately to prevent arrest. I called them fraudulant and he got mad. I hung up.

Keep calling stating they are with a law firm, and that I owe money, they wont say to whom. Thick Indian accent, gets angry if yo question, or ask them to take you off the call list. Personally, would not give out any personal info, I got sucked in a few months ago because they scared me and they ended up taking me for $300.00

I received 4 calls from this number today within a 15 minute time period.  I listened to the very threatening voicemail demanding that I contact my attorney and call them back immediately or I was going to be arrested and then all they could do is "wish me luck".  Scammers for sure. He didn't say what company he was with.

This 614 Ohio number has called me at least 6 times today, finally I answered and it was a man with an Indian accent, asking for me. I said may I ask who is calling and he said his name is Michael Matthews, and asked if he was speaking with me, and I said who are you calling on behalf of, and he told me his name again Michael Matthews. I repeated again whom are you calling with and he once again answered with his name so I just hung up and figured scammer. He then called 3 times in a row again, and on the last one left a voicemail that said he was with a law firm (no name, just "law firm") calling for "my name" and since I don't want to deal with this problem he was just going to have the cops sent to my place, and then he said my address..which sucks he has my address because there is no question thay he is a scammer. No one from any law firm will speak to you like that unless you provoke them to do so. These are scare tactics these people are trying, so try not to fall for it.

I received the same call, returned it.  Stated from Kelly Law Firm and had Affadavid from US Cash Advance for loan I had no deal with, due Kelly rep stated it was taken out in 2013, and they wrote Affadavid in April 2014.  I was victim of I'd theft this last yr and told rep that and also told him I had police reports, IRS , and FTC reports on the theft.  Told him due to hardship wouldn't be able to do anything.  Stated was $500 original of loan and recovery total was $625.  Lost phone connection and hung up.  This company only deals with crimal  cases, diverse, child custody and dissolutions, owi, dui, and has judge on site in firm office.  Double checked phone number he called from and it dont match either.  My guess, its a scammer using a legitimate storefront law firm.  Then maybe not.

Kelly Law Firm, also man with thick Indian accent as was going to send police for a case listed in the State Attorney Generals office.....Had the right AG's name but last week a woman june taylor  again thank indian accent... called back they couldn't reach her! Kelly Law Firm

The same thing happen to me except now when I call back it is consistent busy signal.

I am doing my best to bring these ppl to justice. I will keep you informed of my investigation.

These People called and left a voicmail on 5/22/14. I was concerned when I listened to the voicemail on today. I called back and they told me I owed Cash Anerica and I was being sued. They said they sent me several emails but they didn't respond. They said I could pay $642.42 or they would have to execute this and send a supina with a warrant for my arrest. I will have to serve 21 days in jail and then I would have to pay over $8000. I was concern, I offered to pay. They found a convenient store for me to go to for payment. . I called my mom and she said it was a scam so she talked to them, told them I wasn't paying so they hung up.
Then I got a call from 911 officer Holloway with Columbia PD and she said I need to pay.
I was told by my mom again that it was a scam.
They keep calling now, I just ignore them.
