A message was left saying to call this number, but that number doesn't show in my caller id anywhere. There was not a time stamp on the voice mail either.

I got a call from this number and someone named "Erin" left a message, then when I tried to call, it would seem I was placed on hold, like a multiple land line or whatnot, however, I have no idea who this is.....

I also got a message from this number, from a Shannon asking me to call her back. Like others, there was no record of the call on my phone.

Got a call from this number was told to call someone named Teresa.  Called back and it is a collection agency for Childrens Hospital in Columbus

these people call in the mornings, leave no message, and when i have answered i am just put on hold for and extended period of time. you answer and it says something like, 'sorry but all of our representatives are currently occupied.'


i mean these guys call 3-4-5 times saturday and sunday mornings and when you answer there is no one there, just a machine telling you to hold.

no idea who this is but they don't seem to care to actually talk to me/you. maybe i took a [***] without washing my hands once and this is the authorities serving and protecting my community, hoping you're on hold long enough to hear why everyone owes the government, everyone owes god. please hold.

These people have called all hours of day and night and did not say anything when I have answered the phone. I have tried calling back several times...finally I was able to get ahold of someone and found out who this is TIME WARNER!

The number is for Rossman Co., a collection agency for Time Warner Cable.

The telephone number connects to one of the local trunk lines for PCB Collection Agency.  They contract with medical facilities.  It appears to be a valid company (they had the correct information for an outstanding medical bill I owe) that attempts to collect outstanding accounts for the medical facilities.

they are a collection agency. i told them do  not call again and this girl was snotty and told me 'we'll call you until you pay this bill'. never mind the fact that the bill was paid 6 months ago!

I received a call from this number 614-643-1723 and someone (left a name, but I couldn't understand her, she spoke very fast.) left a message for me to call them back at 866-330-9230...when I called it, it said to dial 1 for a Comfort Dental Spa...(strange!) when you press 1, number is no longer in service.  So I called the original number 614-643-1723 and told them of the strange occurrence, they looked up my number and found my account...it was NOT to Comfort Dental Spa.  It was a collection agency for a medical bill.  Just in case you are wondering.

They keep calling for my husband even though this is a workmans comp case. We talked to Ella from Rossman they are collections mostly for medical. We gave them our workmans comp lawyers name and number. A day later Ella from Rossman called again said they talked to my husbands lawyer (which was a lie) and they told us the lawyer told them that they need to tell my husband to pay his bill. They never even sent it  to his medical insurance. How can these collection agency get away with calling and being nasty and lieing to people everyday. We talked to my husband lawyer and he said we can record the conversations with these people then go after them and sue them for harrasment and also for falsafacation.

The girl who called identified the company as "P.C.B." and she asked me to return her call at 866-330-9287.  After talking to them, I hung up and called the Hospital and settled with them; it was cheaper.  I think Health Care reform should have Billing reform.  An itemized hospital bill would be nice and getting a notice before they send it to collections would be even better.

This is  a collection agency, known as PCB in Ohio trying to collect money from my deceased wife, when I already paid the bill a few days prior to the first call and follow up letter. I also informed the woman on the phone NOT to call again.  After consulting with an attorney, I was told that I was not liable and to throw the letter away. Also if the calls continue especially at odd hours, to contact  the do-not-call goverment agency when I have a do-not-call listed phone.

got a call and letter from these clowns over a bill that was paid and like the others they call and your on hold no need to call me and put me on hold i'll do the putting on hold cause if i don't hear voice when i answer i hang up

I get numerous calls from this phone number 614-643-1723 day & night with no one answering.  I am on a Do Not Call Registry and have notified my phone service who was not very helpful. I have not answered and tried answering both to get it  to stop with no results. Please tell us how to get them to stop!
