I did NOT answer my phone when I dont know the number...But when I called the number back from another phone the recording says something about early death.

When I did answer a few days ago on this # the caller said that they were wanted me to do a 15 - 20 minute survay one medical care or something like that.  I don't have 15 - 20 minutes to waste on a stupid survey call.  Who in the world would waste that much time & do this for FREE.  Not Me so quit calling.

This is scary for an older person to receive these sort of calls.

This phone number has called me at least 6 times and each time I have told them I am not interested in this survey.  I started the survey the first time they called, and the questions got more and more personal and invasive.  I told them I was ending the call and did not want to be bothered with this again. They continue to call me. Tell me that I'm "not on a list" so they can't take me off and can't promise I won't be called again!  This is harrassment.  Caller ID shows this is coming from Ohio State Of...and cuts off. It makes it appear that it is a call from OSU!  I am sick of their pushy techniques even after telling them not interested, they continue to rattle off about this health survey!  WHO IS DOING THIS SURVEY? think it is BOGUS....and have stopped answering the phone.

I called the number back and was told that this is a "survey" company calling on behalf of the ohio dept of health and the cdc. The survey is health related. I gave my number and was told that my number would be pulled from the survey and that it would take up to 24hrs to stop receiving calls.

I keep getting these calls too -- one at 2 minutes until 9 p.m. on Sunday night.  I have repeatedly told them to stop calling and they have continued for weeks

Caller ID said Ohio Department.  I never answer when I don't know the caller.

This number calls everyday and says that they must speak to a male in the household. When I say they are not available they hang up. The last time they called I said they should mail us a survey and she said they cannot. I asked if it was a mandatory Ohio Dept. of Health survey and she said yes.  She gave me 2 numbers to call to verify that it is real survey but are they real phone numbers? First number was 1 888 772-4269. Second was 614 466-7774 and to speak to Jill. I am calling my area health dept. to see if it is legit. The fact that she said mandatory has me curious. My family's health info. is private.

Received a call from this number. A woman stated her name is Lanina and is calling from the OH Dept of Health to do a survey. Began asking how many adults live here, if it is a cell phone and wanted to speak to the man of the house then hung up.

    Someone has been calling my phone and not leaving a message.  Who is it?

Called on Memorial Day at 7 pm.  I picked up, said I do not believe any government agency would work on Memorial Day, let alone at 7 pm.  Do not call back

that is what I got also. Told them I don't do phone surveys.Send me something in the mail if you want .Bad thing is it came up "Ohio Dept." and an awful lot of people may believe it is really an official call and it comes up a 644 number and 644 and 645 are used a lot by the city.

PHONE SCAM ALERT ... The name on caller ID shows 'Ohio Department Of' or 'State of Ohio' and the number is 614-644-8068. When you answer they say they are the Ohio Department of Health and are doing a health survey. If you continue talking with them they begin with health questions then start asking about your employment, income, and other personal information. This call is NOT from the Ohio Department of Health. Hanging up on them does not remove you from their call list, and asking to be removed will not remove you. They just keep calling back. The only way to stop these calls is to put their number on your call block list.
