Don't know the number so I didn't answer. No message left.

This is a scam, They gonna take your money if you answer the phone thats connected to your bank account.

More than likely this IS Telemarketers from Allstate Insurance calling to get people to join their motor club. I use Allstate insurance and although I enjoy the rates I don't like the idea that as soon as you sign up for allstate insurance they give ALL your information out to telemarketers. They call me about once a week from this number. Even though I've told them I'm not interested.

Repeated calls re student loan debts.  In this case, all arrangements were made, documents signed, and met regularly, still calls began anew.  Company name is CBE group one of the debt collectors Department of Education uses for any outstanding loans.  It may be that CBE and other co's hire a common caller agency too.
