Please let me know why you keep calling my number and maybe I will answer it.  I do not accept calls on my cell phone from any number I don't recognize.  So, if you want a call back, leave a very detailed message explaining the nature of your call, otherwise remove my number from your system.

I owe someone money, so i'm sure that the number is for a collection agency. What idiot actually thinks that these pages are for the agencies to take numbers off with?

The number is a credit card company that deals with retail store credit cards. (victoria secret, lane bryant, onestopplus, chadwicks, roamans, value city furniture, american tv, pottery barn, ambercromby and finch, etc...) The company is called World finacial national bank. They will not leave a message they just keep calling till you answer or block them.

All of these numbers are from Time Warner. The 614 area code is Ohio. If you are receiving a call from them, it is most likely because you have an outstanding bill....or perhaps they want you to be their customer.

Yep, World Financial Bank.  Jokers won't leave a message but will call from ten different numbers and area codes to see if you will 'pick up' and validate you as one of the people owing them money on one of your credit cards.

If they don't answer, block them.  Or write the company and send a cease and desist, stating the numbers called, and that you don't want to be contacted by phone ever again.  If they ignore that and continue to call, then they are doing so illegally, and can be reported to the FCC.

In New York State, they are allowed supposedly one call a week during normal business hours of 8 am to 9 pm.  They get around that rule by calling from different numbers and won't leave a message because that would provide an electronic paper trail so to speak.  

Good luck on getting rid of these idiots.  Pay your bill and the harassment will magically disappear.

I don't owe anybody any money. All of my bills are current and my balances are low. I wish I knew why this number kept calling me! It's getting out of control.

Hmmm...I wonder if I can sue them for harassment? My bill is up to date, but then if I sue them and win, I can finish paying it outright! Lol! Must look into this...

I have been getting phone calls from this # about 4 times a day. I do not answer it and they do not leave a message. I will continue not to answer this call.

They have called me six times this morning in a span of one hour. It is ridiculous.

This number and many numbers from the same company have been harrassing us by calling our cell phone over and over and over.  When we did answer it once to ask them to quit calling us they asked for our home phone number or social security. When we told them they wouldn't get it they had the audacity to ask us what we wanted.  We told them that they called us and we didn't cal them.  They kept saying that we called them.

I have the same problem. My bills have been handed to a government sponsored organization and yet these people still call. I call my credit agency and they said they will try to stop them, as it is their responsibility, but they have not been able too either

In reading from the others, I am now included in this mess of phone calls. I don't owe any money, all my accounts are current so I have no idea why they are calling. I noticed the phone rings once, and they hang up?? Stupid, I don't understand the reasoning but I plan on advising the company I have an account with if they cant do anything to stop them I will cancel my account with them.
I think if enough of use threaten this action something may get done. Companies can't stay in business if they  lose customers.

I called them back and yelled at the guy. told him I work 2nd shift so getting 5 different calls between 8am and 9 am is not gonna cut it. my bill is 2 weeks behind I know but I plan on making it up to date before the bill comes due again. the guy took me off of the calling list.

Why do you keep calling me?  It rings once and you hang up.  I called the number and none of the places sound familiar.  Stop calling me or leave a message with a toll free number to return your call.

I started receiving calls from this number and finally I did answer. There was a recording that this was important and wanted me to HOLD (!!!) until they could "answer" me answering my phone call! What the heck?!
