This number called my phone, left no message so I tried calling them back 2 times and the phone doesn't even ring. Strange!

When i called back there wasn't even a ring tone...

This number called me and acted like they were with a radio station.  They definitely had it rigged to sound like a radio station.  They said to win a trip, I had to get one answer right to win this trip.  Question one was not something I had ever heard, Question 2 was who won the war of 1821, and I told them there was no war in 1821 to my knowledge but maybe he was referring to the was of 1821 and then he asked me to spell dog.  Then he started laughing hysterically and asked if I was stupid enough to think that I would win a trip for spelling dog.  Who's really the stupid one.  I'll bet he didn't know that there was a war in 1812.  Duh!!!  My phone company has blocked his number from calling my number again.  You or whomever, should pull the plugs on these bored morons.  I told him that I had a stroke last week.  He found that enormously funny.

They called and it was a "little girl" and when I said hello it screamed "mommy they answered" the voice sounded like a grown man trying to be a little girl so I hung up. They called again but I didn't answer and they left no voicemail. It was really strange..
