Tried calling them back, it just beeped.

Caller does not speak and hangs up.

Showing up as "+61 496 332 16" on my phone.  Country code 61 would be Australia.

Like everyone else, no answer when I picked up.

caller said his name was michael and asked to speak with owner of business. i didn't say anything so he hung up.

They just called and nothing on the line.  I called them back and got a message that this is not a working number.  How does that work.  It was clearly on my caller ID.  They called again and this time I answered hello instead of identifying our business name.  They asked for the owner and I yelled into the phone "STOP CALLING US"  .  A female voice said OK.  Hmmmm wonder if they take us off their list.  Next time I'll use one of those ear splitting whistles.  Why can't something be done with these idiot scammers.

file a complaint with the FCC, that is what I am doing rigth now.
