This call comes at least 3 times a week. Leaves no message! Caller ID shows the call es from Clarksville, TN.

We are on NO CALL LIST and we answered only because we were expecting call from Vanderbilt MD  CTR.  They were TN REPulican Party and asked for our credit or debit card.

I would say this is a scam call to get your credit card number.  It is not a legit political call.  I am getting these call constantly and do not pick up but it is very annoying.

just got a call from this number on a HOLIDAY morning! I was not in the room when my phone rang but saw this number and thought I would look it up. We, as well, are on the Do Not Call List, but it certainly has not stopped annoying folks from calling.  I do not answer unidentified numbers but I will check if a voicemail is left in case it is legit.

We are on no-call list yet this number still manages to get through an annoying number of times per week. DON'T ANSWER!
