Have no clue!  No ID, no answer

It's a company called Automotive Finance Service, an umbrella company for Ford/Mazda/Volvo/Mercury/Lincoln Credit.

Someone from this number is a complete (&&*^ and has been calling our company phone number repeatedly this AM looking for one of our employees.  He talked to him once, then when he called back the guy was unavailable, so he threatened ME that he was going to come by here if I did not connect him.  One more time, Im calling the better business bureau.

Keeps calling for my son. Saying they are Mazda finance. He is paid up to date, and the guy refuses to give me any information. Any other time Mazda has called it has come up "automotive finance" and they are more then happy to tell me the issue, since he is 18 and still in highschool. Getting very annoyed. Not returning the calls. Calling the customer service number on the computer. His account says up to date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The number belongs to Ford Credit Company.  It is their finance department, trying to collect on pass due bills.
Fortunately, my bill was already paid but it was done online and they had not received payment yet. I was able to give them the confirmation number and my number was released from their system within 24 hrs.

This number is not FORD its a scam!

Yes it is Ford Credit they calls my phone looking for my mother but you do have one out the bunch that has a freaking attitude tell em off then call back and ask for a head manager but be sure to write the person you speak with name down date and time
