This number identifies itself as US Bank. It keeps calling me off and on asking for my dialogic passcode to get an important message. Today I got 2 such calls within less than 1 hour. How do you STOP this annoying caller??

Same thing happened to me today. this number called me twice within 1 hour. Left a voice message claims itself as US Bank, ask me to call back to another number in order to receive an important message. I highly doubted that it's a scam.

This is US Bank doing what they call Tree calling where they call each employee and then you have to give them your number that is on your payroll check as identification.

FYI...I am a US Bank employee and that number is used for broadcasting to all employees.  They are testing the systems now, so that's why you may have gotten a call.  If you are not an employee and got a call, someone probably entered the wrong number into the contact list.

If that is true, how do you get through to a human being to get off the list?  Sorry, but it still sounds bogus.  I have received two of these calls in just this month.

I have received 4 calls from this number within one hour.  The voice message simply says "You're 4 digit code is."  I called it back and recording says it's the US Bank Emergency Line, and to please enter my employee ID #.  Once I do, then it says the position has either "completed or closed."  Then it disconnects.  I think I work for USB, but I'm not sure!  Go Incredibles!

NOT A SCAM... Dialogic is an automated system for calling employees for emergency testing. Call US Bank's customer service 1-800-US BANKS (800-872-2657). Tell them you are receiving these calls, that you are NOT an employee, and ask them to put in a ticket to have your number removed from the Dialogic Calling Tree.

It is a number for US Bank employees to get information about emergencies such as weather and if your work place is open or closed.  I work for US Bank and received two today to let me know that our location was open.  We are in an ice storm.  It is not a scam or bogus.

This is an emergency notification line for US Bank employees, it is not a scam or creditor.  Perhaps a current employee changed their phone number, but did not update it in their employee file.  You could contact US Bank HR and tell them that you are not an employee and they should be able to remove you.  Or...you could just block that phone number.

This is an automated message that is sent out to employees.  If you're receiving this call, it's because US Bank has it as a contact number for an employee.

Nope, It is US Bank Emergency notification automated system for the employees. US Bank is required to run/test Emergency notification every few months. If you have worked for US Bank in the past or if your number belonged to an US Bank employee in the past you will receive this call.

A Text message came to my phone after a call from 615-514-9397 (from Nashville, TN) with a robot caller asking me for my employee ID number.  I entered a random number when prompted, and it said the number I entered was not a legal number for the person they were trying to reach and the robot call hung up.  Then the text said to" Call USBank ENS using 888-869-2103. Text message said to use Employee ID and gave me a number to respond with. Fallow all prompts until the system says Thank you Goodbye. "   I think the first call was a hunting bot looking for valid numbers, and the text message was linked to to the first call. I have not done any of the asked actions as I do not know who this is.

No it's not a scam. This is the emergency notification system for USBank employees and their affiliates (such as Elavon). If you are an employee you should return the call and enter your employee ID. (This is something you should be aware of as we get emails on a regular basis asking to make sure our contact information is up to date). If not you can ignore it but someone has your number on their emergency contact list and it will keep calling until they call in and respond.
