Got the same phone call today name David Crawford stating I owed a debt for a payday loan or else I'll be arrested if not paid. Called my cell phone and office. SCAM!

My daughter got the same call..I was on the phone asking all these questions that Mr crawford could not answer, he put me on hold then when I hung up to call the local police they left a message that I was to hear but not direct "guess she doesnt care her daughter is going to jail." So I called back, talked to a rude supervisor, had it out with her but have already called all the places they say she used. Stupid people need to figure out we can find them as well as they find us..and for Mr Crawford...he needs to make up a new name lol

I GOT THE SAME CALL THIS MORNING, SCARED THE [***] OUTTA ME. BY THE GRACE OF GOD I RAN UP ON THIS WEBSITE AND SAW THIS. I AM CALLING THE POLICE AND I HOPE THESE MF'S BURN IN HELL, TRYING TO SCAM HONEST, DECENT PEOPLE OUIT OF THERE HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

I got the same call from Mr. Crawford, and it was the same all complaints I've read, that it was regarding an old payday loan. I've got lots of information about them and am filing a complaint with the Attoenwy General's office.

this person is pam monte..but gave my daughter a different name..states I had a fraud check due to a pay day loan in 07. She called my daughter 6 times within an hour and also called my son. But never called me.  I had to call her back after my daughter had told me she had called her 6 times within the hr. My daughter told her not to call her anymore that it was harrassment.  After I had called her back she threaten me where she was going to have me arrested..I told her to send me the paper work showing me of this so called loan but stated they have no paper work. Then I told her to do what she had to do because she was a scam artist and I wasn't going to fall for her line. Then she had the nerve to call my daughter back and tell her she was going to sopina her. These people get your information off the internet and then try to scam money out of you. I have reported her to the FBI and have had a block put on all the phones. If you get a call from her just make sure you tell her your going to contact your local police department and you are writing a complaint to the FBI against her.
The phone number is not a office number. you will get her answering machine or she will answer the phone herself

Could someone please help me.  My mom and dad got a phone call from Tiffany Davis stating that I owed a payday loan from 2006 and they were sending a warrant out to arrest me... these people called me today telling me i needed to pay the full price of a loan that I owed years ago! They threatened me with arrest if I did not pay at least half of 700$ today. I explained to them im a disabled woman and cannot afford it. My daughter decided to Google this number and found this web site showing that these people are scam artist's.

Shane Mathews called me today saying my daughter is going to jail and I will be visited by the police with a supeana as a character witness. These people have a lot of nerve. They have no idea weather dad is a cop or not.

I was contacted today with the same claim of being arrested on 3 felony charges if I was to not pay 1400 with in the next 30 min. The man claimed that he worked for the attorney generals office and would be sending papers over to have me arrested. After me and my father did some researching we contacted the attorney generals office in our states and filed a complaint. We were both harassed so much we will BOTH be filing complaints and digging deeper to get to the bottom of this to have this stopped. The next step will be to contact the office of the attorney general in the state they reside to have a stop put to this. I REFUSE to have someone speak to me the way I was spoken to, nor to have myself bad mouthed in front of my father and to incite worry into my loved ones. I suggest anybody else do the same if they come in contact with these thieves.

i was contacted by mr mathews about a month ago. itwas in regards to a payday loan from years ago. he said my case was to go to the states attorney office that day and that my restitution would be 1700 in court but i could save the court fees and pay the out of court restitution of 800. i didnt not think this sounded right so i looked up the number. it showed on google that it seemed to be a scam. a week later i was arrested at my work and now i have to pay the 1700. idk if your cases are different but i now wish i would of payed the 800
