I got a call from this number and they are clearly a collection company looking for someone who is not me.  I can't get them to quit calling and they call my home, cell, and any number they can get ahold of.  John said the company name was ERC, and it took less than 1 minute on google to come up with Enhanced Recovery Corporation.  Apparently a collector too because John asked if we were in central time and since the caller id said he was calling from just across town he should have known that. They are playing with the caller id (in violation of the FDCPA).  Anyway, beware if they call you and know that they are not calling from Franklin TN as the caller id said in this instance.

Yes this caller wants me to verify my SS number and date of birth. Said he had important business to discuss.

Update...this caller, Mr Frazier threatened me and told me he had pressing business with me. My silence by ignoring him would make him take action today.  He never identified his company.

Update again. Me Frazier called and left another number 877-225-2390 ext 3319 . According to other searches this company deals with student loan debt. He will not state in his messages his company name, only threatens me to respond by 5 pm today or they will make a decision about me.

Ate you reading this yet Mr Frazier of that's your real name.?? I believe this is a scam as he wanted my SS number!!!!
