Recieved back to back calls from this insurance company on my cellphone. Am on the do not call list

Who is this?

They are out of TN.
The caller ID only reads (615) 686-2884.
They are not leaving voice mails (on my line at least).
On calling the number back, their intro message says "UNITED BENEFITS OF AMERICA" and the sales rep that then takes the call answers thanking you for calling "UNITED SALES".
When asked how they get the numbers they call, they state the owner of the number must have recently performed an online search for health coverage. I did such a search MORE than a year ago and have since had calls from too many of these groups to count. Apparently, the phone number I entered back then, through what appeared to be a single company site, was actually farmed out to any health coverage sales group that will take it, and forever more going forward - so that even if you tell one group to stop calling, that you're no longer searching for coverage....you simply stop getting calls from that one sales group (if you're lucky).

They have repeatedly called me, they say I requested insurance information from online. I have never requested such information. I have requested that they do not call me multiple times. last conversation they refused to allow me to talk with a supervisor and told me I didn't know what I was talking about when I told them I didn't request the information and I had asked they not contact me anymore, very rude people. When I call them back I am given a recording saying I will be redirected to an operator  and told that to get started I will be asked to pay a payment and a one time processing fee, but I never get transferred to an operator.

i got a call from this number but when trying to call back the next day no one picked up the phone...i do not know the name of the company. I was some kind of company were they create health insurance for other companies
