Pinnacle Financial Agency, Use trickery to get me talk to her. Gave me Collection Agency rights really fast twice. Wanted to settle debt for less money by getting a loan from someone else. The next day i have recieved five different calls from all over the country.

By the way this bill was being paid monthly and they just smart off everytime they are spoken too. Harrassment charges have been filed. As long as you pay 5, 10, 20 dollars a month there isnt anything this company can do.

PayPal is being investigated by the US Dept of Commerce and other government agencies for fraud, mismanagement, abusive practices and a list of other problems (which they create to rip off their own customers.).

This number is listed as one of many numbers for Pinnacle Financial Group, a collection agency. They are a huge company and employ a multitude of people. It is therefore reasonable to assume that your experience with them if you dare talk to them will vary widely depending on their attitude, day of the week, etc., as well as yours.
