The Caller says that it is WM (or WN) Positions, and that they are a job placement company. When you call back you always get the same voice answering, and he uses the same phrases, so i suspect that the person on the other end is using a "soundboard"
I can't find anything on WM Positions on the internet

when i answered the phone they hung up not sure what is going on but i suspect a scam

All I could here over and over was 3 different people saying hello!? Hello?! Hello?! over and over again the exact same way even when I answered. Very strange! Like they said prolly a scam and soundboard use!

I got a call from this programmed scammer from a local number: (616-259-4856). The voice was a guy, said his name was Joseph, saying he was from WM POSITIONS, and said that I filled out a survey for jobs or schooling support, which unfortunately I did, and have been pestered by lame 3rd rate online schools and now this crappy scammer for over a month! It was the same voice and responses and questions had to be selected from a computer programmed system, because the voice said the same exact phrase twice to one of my responses. When I told him that I wondered why there was a HUGE PAUSE in between my response and his, (like he might be recording my responses), he said, very canned like: "Oh, I'm sorry, I'm still in training.", big pause... "Ok, what year did you graduate high school?"...big pause... I said that I didn't really want to answer that right now, but that I did, and before I finished speaking, he said: "ok, great, now lets get you started, can you spell your name exactly letter for letter?" ...big pause... At that point, I said that I wasn't comfortable with the questioning style of this interview, it feels like a hoax or scam. He then said, "Thank you for your time, have a nice day."
I then called the number back just out of curiosity and immediately heard a voice recording with the SAME GUY's voice! It asked me to push buttons to talk to a representative. But if that voice was "in training", why would they have him on the recording?!... Yeah... THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

called my cell, i answered they did not say anything, i hung up, not sure whom this could be going to block this number on my phone

I recieved a call like this some time ago, I think they wirelessly hacked my cellphone.
I fear this was not simply a scam, but something more bizarre....
I got the strange feeling they were trying to recruit me for something.
wondering if the letters "WM" mean something?
