Received a call from 616-855-0669 and did not answer fast enough so they hung up.
Dialed the number right back and they [canned message] me to press 1 if I wanted to be put on there do not call list.Waited a few minutes and phone hung up

This caller only calls and HANGS UP, Repeatedly.

Repeat Offender Hang-Ups basically meets the criteria for Harassing and Annoying telephone calls, as defined in several Federal, state, county and city laws governing telephone harassment.

Called my cell while I was at work and did not leave a message.  I'm hoping that it won't continue.

Have received 2 missed calls from this number thus far, I'm sure this is only the beginning but at least now I know it's not some creep, just some loser with nothing better to do with their lives.
