I wish I had a quarter for every time a robo call voice said "...this is your second and final notice..." This one's so stupid, yet people fall for it. Don't answer your phone, people, if you don't recognize the number.

"<female voice>This is a very important message about your current credit card accounts. This is your second and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate and payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage of this today."

did not leave message this most recent call 8/21/13, but have had the identical call (credit card rates) many times over past year.  On "no call" list, but seems that each time you report a number, the caller just changes numbers and calls again.  Am curious to know if most persons being called are seniors?

Getting tired of calls from these people...about 3-4 in the last 10 days.  I usually just hang-up.  Last time I just picked up and said "add me to you do not call list...do not call me again...do not cal me..."

As I was sick and tired of calls from those people (2-3 times per a couple of weeks) I decided to answer the phone and to play the game...(I suspected those people to trying to use identity and credit cards).
They said that they are able to lower the interest rates on our credit cards!!! Then they asked me the credit cards number...Bingo! That was what I expected...I answered that I NEVER communicate credit cards number over the phone and that I am going to call my visa and master cards about that tentative of stealing money from my credit cards....The person hung up immediately...

The caller id  reads Bank Card Srvcs, this is the third call from this number, I did not answer the first two calls, decided to answer this third call and it is exactly as the first poster stated, a robo call ( automated call ) once the spiel started I hung up. I am on the Do Not Call List in my state and also federal, I will be reporting this number very shortly on the appropriate web site.

Years and tears in the Do Not Call list and these [***] wont stop calling.

Like many others above, they have called numerous times with the recorded message that this is my "last chance."  I wish they were serious about that.

They just called me, I too have been on the DNC list for years and renew it yearly.  There was a point this company was calling my work cell, my office number and my house.  All of those were on the DNC.  This time I answered and asked the guy what they do about calling numbers that are on the DNC which he claimed he will have me removed and abruptly hung up.

I was just called by this number, oh darn I missed the call. Glad i found your posts before I called back!

Just got a call and tried to answer it to let them know I am still on the DNC list.  Was sent to  music in background and finally hung up.  Filed a complaint with the FCC for DNC list violation.

You'd think that the real Bankcard Services that collects money for legitimate credit cards would do something about someone posing as "Bank Card Srvcs" in calls from 616-980-2030, repeatedly claiming, "Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus." If the news reports are to be believed, the National Security Agency knows about every time these people call someone. Is there nobody connecting the dots?

Just got a call and decided to answer. I asked to be placed on DNC list as I a should be. Representative (if u can call him that) just kept saying "No Thank You" and when asked for manager stated there is no need as he was not disrespectful. He then proceeded to tell me that there is no call list to be removed from.

I recently applied for a position at TN Line Removal Inc., and thought they were calling me for a job interview.  What a tease.

Used to be 616-980-2063.  All these sales calls must stop.

I'm on the do not call list and they still call. You have to push a number to get someone.
It's not a debt collector they was't to offer you a credit card.

Call from 616-980-2030,  Shown "TN REMOVAL LINE".   I couldn't imagine a Tennessee Removal Line so didn't answer.  Also am on Do Not Call list, but that seems to be meaningless.

They have called me 15 times in the last 2 weeks.  I just answer and hang up immediately so I don't have to hear the phone ring 5 times.  I am on the do not call registry and will not talk to anyone I do not know.  If anyone is reading this please do the same.  Maybe these people will stop bothering us.

This isn't the second and last call - they have called me dozens of times.  I asked them once about taking me off their list and they hung up on me.  I asked them the name of their company on another call, and they hung up on me.  Yet another time I asked to be removed from their call list, and they hung up on me.  

In my book the only thing they are providing is harrassment, rudness, disrespect and disregard of the do not call list.

Report them.  Eventually they will be fined or something.

Rude people just hang up when you ask them to put you on their do not call list.  Next time they get to talk to the dog:)  He might listen to them...
