This "lower your credit card interest rate" scammers drive me crazy calling all the time.

Called again. Set my phone to block their calls.

No option to opt out, repeatedly calls, hangs up when confronted so we can't tell them to stop calling. Caller id showing: BANK CARD SRVC. We only have one credit card, and this company isn't the one we have it with. We're on the do not call list. Get these jerks off our phones!!!!

I get  calls and i never answer if i do i hang right back up never say hello or any thing tired of these calls it is every day and it is day and night calls. I don't even own a credit card LOL.

Received a phone call from this phone number today on my landline; the caller ID said Bankcard Services-no VM was left. Tired of these kinds of calls.........

No message left. Bank card service ID. Thugs

The same "lower your interest rate" message left on answering machine, from yet another phone number.

I received another call from 616-980-2164 and answered it. I listened and pressed one as instructed. When a person (male voice) answered, I requested to speak with someone that could take my name off of their call list.  His response:  "Oh, we don't have a list so good luck with that" and hung up.

Caller ID says BANK CARD SRVCS. I'm sure if my bank wanted to tell me something it would be in the mail. Get a real job morons. I'm not talking to you or giving out my personal info.

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST! That means you and any other scammers or telemarketers!!!!! Remove my number from your list!!!!!

Same complaint as others about these low-life scum bag scammers. These immoral criminals do not respect and would never use the Natiinal Do Not Call List, so it's useless to complain about being on that list. I don't believe calling the Federal Trade or Communications Commissions will help either, since they undoubtedly get millions of complaints and are over whelmed. I would think AT&T or other phone companies could do something but it's not cost effective and they won't let anything interfere with profits. Perhaps writing your Congressman and Senators may help vent some anger and, if millions complained, they might do something in 5-10 years. Best solution is do Not answer the phone or become a victim. These poor excuses for human beings do this because there are enough stupid people who keep them in money by divulging personal informatiin. It's hard to fix stupid so scammers will keep on doing their dirty business. To get some little satisfaction I made a special answering machine message telling them what they are and turn it on when I see their caller id. Essentially, the message calls them low-life scammers, indicates I won't EVER answer my phone or divulge information and that only idiots like to waste their time. Might not stop calls but somehow I feel better.

They called a few minutes ago.  We have reached the point where we don't answer the phone at all unless the name of someone we know comes up on caller id.  We figure, if it is important to reach us, they will leave a voice mail.  This call was on my cell which means had I answered, it would have counted against my minutes.  We've been on the Do Not Call list for years, but it is ignored by scammers.  We have received a call a day for over two weeks from another scammer, and I have never answered. Those folk I turned in to the FCC.   I wonder how long it takes for these people to give up.

These same people called me from 616-980-2164 they said that they could lower my rates on my credit card. I replyed to them that i didn't know i had a credit card.then they hung up in my face.I wonder why.

This just called me and I asked to be removed from their hit-list and he refused. I asked why he called me and he said "because I can". Effing little [***]....

Press "1" like they said and blow your whistle nice and loud .. That should put them out of work for a day.

This number has called my home phone every afternoon this week..I got a live person today and when I told her to f***off she hung up. Boy did I feel better.

"bank card srvcs"  on the caller ID.  Must be another newly spoofed number.  I let the fax machine answer and scream in their ear.  Maybe we need to force the phone companies to stop these calls. They control the numbers. They won't do it on their own if there are profits to be made.  Nothing else works.  
Where's the money from the taxes we pay on our phone bills? Why can't some of that be used to put an end this constant harassment.
