    I just got one from these cowards, and they hung up. they need to be put out of business, leaving a trail of Caller Id hang ups. There oughta be a law!

    Same here, they call our business land line. They let the answering machine get about halfway through then end the call. NEVER a message or a person on the line when we try to answer. Caller ID shows INS but as a property manager that is just wishful thinking that perhaps the real INS would be calling to collect an illegal and ship 'em out. Yeah right so the source must be just another random electronic bloody vaginal belch call system.

    There should be a system where you can report them to the phone company and government and they ACTUALLY take some action. We live in a politically correct gutless society.

    Anyway, I suspect it to be SPAM or SCAM
