I receive multiple calls every week from this phone number.  Caller ID shows "AGI".  If I try to pick up (the calls on this line in my house automatically go to an answering machine) it hangs up.

Needs to stop calling

I got two calls from this unidentified number in one day, then another four days later. I never answered it, on the basis that if it's ever important they'll leave a message, but one of the calls was at 1 a.m. and that really pissed me off; you know I didn't answer that one.

I'm kind of afraid to answer. If it's some kind of autodialer scam, might the machine record my picking up and guarantee me even more unpleasant midnight surprises?...

I have received many telephone calls from this number, annoted AGI. It is annoying and no person ever answers when I pick up. This needs to be stopped.

Got a call from 616-980-4030. Msg was a pre-recorded one regarding credit card limits. Pushed option one and got a live person. Asked for who they were and they hung up.

I just got another call from this number and went ahead and answered. I swear to you that it was, in fact, some guy asking for a woman named B_______. Here's the thing: this guy's called me a couple times in the past asking for B_______, and each time I instructed him that he needed to dial the area code of the number he was dialing, for B_______ and myself must have shared a phone number. "Oh, sorry," he'd say, and then hang up. I never paid any attention to the number until recently, when I got another call, ignored it, then ran it through a search.

If others are reporting that they are getting pre-recorded messages, then I suspect that there may be several lines tied to this number. Either that or this guy's running the telemarketing machine and looking for one of his coworkers who happens to have the same numbers as I do, or he's caught in a heck of a network tangle.

I am receiving calls from 616-980-4030 AGI... I think it's Bank of America....I am so tired of it.....

They have been calling me for over a week, usually between 9-9:30AM and once around 5PM.  I also think it is Bank of America.  How can u stop it ???

This organization is a fraud.  They have been calling my parents house asking for me and they say that they do business for B of A.  This is not true.  I called the representative of BoA and they have never heard of AGI.  The representative also said that they do not outsource to other companies to do marketing or calls for them.  BoA does their own phone calls and they make sure that the person knows that it is Bank of America.  DO NOT give them any information.  BE CAREFUL and make sure that you report this to the BBB. I gave the BoA representative the phone number and they are investigating it as of right now.   What ever you do, please do not give any of your information out and if you do answer the phone,tell them to kiss your a--.

They call me a couple times a day.....when answered, I get a recorded message that PROUDLY announces AGI doing TELEMARKETING for Bank of America.  

So I reported them to the Feds.

Anyone on the National Do Not Call Registry needs to report this number to file a REAL complaint with the Feds -- instead of moaning on here.

I called the number back, and all you have to do is press 1 and then your phone number and they will put you on their do not call list. so far no more calls from them. Oh and it Bank of America.

This number has called several times in the past few months. No message is left if we do not answer.  Today there was a prerecorded message telling me it was calling for Bank of America, and quickly gave an 866 area code number to call for more information, then disconnected.  There was no repeat or warning that there would be a number given.  Last time I answered from this number they said that my credit card was about to expire.  I know that is not true, so I just hung up without comment.

I called BOA Customer Service.  They called the number.  They had not ever heard that message before.
They added my name to the no solicitation calls list.

Repeated  daily calls for the past week. No message left. I am on the do not call list and have filed a complaint.

Teller Marketing for Bank of America. These poeple call me from 0800 till 2030 about 4 times a day and I have put myself on the DO NOT Call List to no prevale.

Received several calls at home over the week.  They left one blank message.

3RD call today.  Reported to FCC.  also called B of A and cancelled all accounts. You want to stop these calls.. stop doing business with companies that use these types of services.

I've been in contact with BoA via email. I Get a call from them once a day usually 6 PM EST. I never answer.

BoA tells me that they will put me on the Do Not Solicit list and that it will take  12WEEKS to get my number off the list! WTF.  So I have to keep getting calls from them for at least 12 more WEEKS!??!?!?  They haven't acknowledge that they know AGI or the phone number. My caller ID says it's from Michigan which I did verify of the area code.

AND DOES THAT MEAN THAT EVERY TELEMARKETER THAT BoA SOLD MY NUMBER TO IS GOING TO GET THAT SAME LIST?

Im going to cancel my credit card account with them!!!!
