This one is out of MAssachusetts but is has the no name on the caller ID, garbled name when you call it back, Roy Cox out of California has the same message when you call 303.249.9700. It would not surprise me if he is now routing his calls across the country now that his name is out there as well as his home base. anyone got his home address? picketing his residence might make him think twice or at least stop calling others with bogus credit card scams.

I've been on the donot call list since it's inception, both my landline and my cell.
I just don't answer any calls on my cell that doesn't have a name from my address book on the caller ID.
I  started keeping a log of incoming, both on my landline and my cell, I will be reporting the #'s.
I hope they hang this guy by his thumbs.

Do you have a home phone number for this guy?  Any number what so ever where a person answers?  We need to call this jerk 10 times a day.

Just got a call TO MY CELL PHONE from this number...  My cell number is on the national DNC list...

They just called me and hung up twice. Whats sad is that even though he is in clear violation of the FTC he is still able to operate and get away with it yet you see people get busted for small petty things and they are off to jail.. go figure...

I hit 1 to talk to a representative, asked her to be added to the do not call list, and she *screamed* at me to shut up.  Most likely the calling number is spoofed; if you google for this "Cardmember Services" thing, you'll find many reports that it's a scam and the FCC has apparently been having a hard time tracking them down.

This number called on my cell phone at approximately 2:30 pm on 4/25/12.  My number is listed on the Do Not Call Register.  I have had many of these calls and both of my phones are on the Do Not Call list.  I am tired of these unwanted calls!

I get these types of "press 1 to speak with XYZ" almost daily now. If I answer and begin to tell the person I'm on the do not call list, they hang up on me before I even finish the sentence.

I've reported these calls 37 times now (various numbers), and nothing seems to be done about it. Next, I'm complaining to my senator instead.

Any professional telemarketer know's that the Do Not Call list of Ph#'s are not to be called& that there are heavy fines & numerous penalties for the telemarketer.
Obviously this person is rerouting his calls from California, to another ph # & then robocalling any & every one assuming he cant be traced. Wrong notify The Atty general office & file a consumer complaint  he can lose his Business/Phone Room.
personally I am disabled /Blind & its very difficult for me to find & answer these type of nuisance call's, that is why I  am & have been  on the Do Not call list over six years  in both WA/State & OR/STATE.

I just received a call on my cell from this # at 8:33pm CST...since I didn't recognize, I didn't answer & googled it instead to find this. No message left. I'm on DNC lust too, since beginning, which obviously means nothing as somehow every politician is exempt and calls numbers incessantly.

Best advice: add each caller to your directory, label as spam, & on a cell phone, change the ringtone to block the call, so if they ever attempt to call again, they'll think they reached a dead number.

The only way people can make a difference is if they band together. When the Card Services people call and you answer, hit 1 to tell them you do not want to be on their list. If you just say, "take me off their list", you'll get hung up on before you can even finish. This is what I started doing: The key here is to say "Yes", then go into your tirade. Mine goes like this: Caller: "Would you like to lower your interest rates ...? Me: "Yes, last night I F*cked your mother in the *ss and noticed you weren't there to watch." Usually they are caught off guard and then hang up. Sometimes they get really upset and say F*ck U. Then you keep hitting them back with other stuff like how their mother really seemed to enjoy the *ss pounding you gave her. The key here is the use fire to fight fire. You turn the tables and get them upset like a bill collector would do to you. My one lit match probably doesn't put a huge dent in their operation but imagine if everyone did it to them. Again, talking about past tense things that you did with their moms and not things you wish to do to them because you don't want to fall into the harrasment trap or the threat trap.

I called “live for success today” and was met with the same type of rude and abusive agents that many people here are complaining about.
