617-449-9616

I received this call today as well as another one for two different services. The number that calls is 617-449-9616 and they state that they are associated with "The Auto Loan Network". I checked TALN website and apparently these people have been using their name as a scam.

I received a call stating my loan was approved.

Called 3 times on Thanksgiving.  Did not give them a chance told them to quit calling each time.

I keep getting the same phone call several times a day. I would like for them to stop. They state they are from the Auto Loan Network and I have not applied for no loan. Would like to know who they are and want them to stop.

I just received a call from this number and it was a mans voice when I said hello they answered me by saying HI and nothing more so I just hung up

When I answered there was nobody on the line- although they didn't hang up

Called yesterday at 6:15 am Pacific time, Called today at 1:57 pm.  Automated message started with hello, then switched to someone with a heavy Indian accent. "Do you want to buy a car".  My answer is "hell no" and feed back the phone to the caller before I hung up.

3rd call today- I pick up and then silence

I received a call from 617-449-9616.  Automated voice said hello then when I responded with "hello" I was transferred to a live operator with an "indian accent" who said "Your auto loan has been approved"  When I told him I never aplied for an auto loan he asked me if I wanted to buy a car.  I said NO and asked if he could tell me when he received an application for a loan and he said, "Goodbye " and hung up.

My caller i.d. lists this number as   CNCS.

Just got a call from them.  Automated male "hi," then I was transferred to a woman with a heavy African accent.  She started asking me if I would like a car or was trying to buy one.  I told her I was on the do not call list and calling can be a crime if it's repeated. (Not entirely true, but it's got other companies to stop in the past.)

just got a call this morning December,3 2010. I called back the no. and a guy with a heavy indian accent answered. He asked me whether i was calling because of auto loan with the company" Auto loan network" .I asked him which auto loan he is talking about and when did i apply for the loan? then he hang up!

this person called my house 2 being annoying. I was listening while my mom told him that she was gonna call the cops. He is a cheap fraud and i hope he goes to jail. He asked my mom if she speaks English. WOW what a nice question.

I just recieved a phone call from the same number and a guy with a thick Indian accent said that he received my application for an auto loan and I was approved.  I told him that I did not fill out an application and that I own my car so I would have never done such a thing.  He said ok and hung up. So that when I did a number search to find out if its a scam. The next time they call I am gonna ask them to send me a copy of the application because someone is using my identification and it under fraud investigation.

I told him that I did not understand him and i wanted to talk to a supervisor that I could understand. He then hung up on me.

I got a call from this number as well, today a little after 9 a.m.  I never answered because I didn't recognize the number and on the caller ID it said CNCS.  It wasn't important enough for them to leave a message on the answering machine.  I was going to call back, then decided to google the number.  Obviously it's a scam, I don't know how they got my number either.  Peope these days try anything to get money.  Just be cautious about calls like this

i have received three phone calls within two hours from three different numbers...after researching them i found out that they had something in common...ALL SCAMS!  numbers are:617-449-9616, 516-300-1355, and 421-781-8274.  why doe people do this???? If they took all their energy that they put into this and applied it to a real job they could prob be just as sucessful!

Received calls from those 3 numbers today as well

Same thing happened to me I am going to report it to my cell phone company to block
