Has called me Twice and won't leave a message, but i will not pick up number either since i do not know who it is.

This call is from the Brigham's and Women's hospital.  It is a number that  confirms your  appointments

I don't think so. I live in California. I received a call from this number. When I dialed it about 30 minutes later, the message I received was "invalid number."

I received a call from this number at 2:00 a.m.  It scared me.

Yes that is an outgoing line from the Brigham that does not permit inbound calls.

Received call from 617 515 4200.  On pick up after 2nd ring, no one on line.  A call back yielded number not valid.  Twenty minutes later, received call from same number.  Turned out to be a clerk at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.  I bet she was using an old fax machine with an old number plugged in it.

yesterday i got a new phone.

it is new number. i don't know why my c-phone has a problem.
i didn't call anyone.

Called today, left a message claiming to be a "bible study".  Left an 800 # to call back.  

Don't think so.

FYI.  This will be the number on your caller ID from Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston.  I am participating in the VITAL Study and the study coordinator had a question about an omission on my recently returned survey.

I did not pick up, and she left a message saying I was a patient there and left a credit card there, and please call back at 617-732-5983. I called back the 617-515-4200, a machine replied "this number cannot receive call at this moment". Then, I called 617-732-5983, a man picked up, I told him I got a phone saying credit card left with incorrect. He just replied OK and did not ask anything else.
