Received several calls from this number on my home/cell and work.  The callers were all heavy Hindi accented and used foul language.  They are a pay day loan scam extortionists calling from overseas.  They say they will call 1,000 times per day and since they probably can't be traced they don't care about breaking any laws in regards to the FDCPA.

The people from this number have been harrassing me for over a month now. They tried to convince me I was being sued and to pay money over the phone. They used foul language when they called my employer and was told I was not there. They called my cell phone 20 times in one hour. I believe I have no choice but to file a police report. Any suggestions or ideas on how anyone else has dealt with this situation?

Contact the IC3 to file a report. They have been conducting an investigation against companies like this one. Their link is www.IC3.gov .

I have a solution to end the telephone harrassment-get a call-blocker. I'm on my phone right now, so can't copy and paste, so I will refer you to one of my posts on whocallsme. Go to their main page and do a reverse number search for (305) 918-2338.

this phne nunber has called my jos 20 times in a row and i answered it and even recorded the conversations, they are crazy.

this number calls my job my cell and continues to harrass people trying to say they are going to jail for money due on a pay day loan. I DONT OWE ANY PAY DAY LOANS

These people have called my cell phone,and job 20 to 30 times a day for weeks. They say they are a CASH ADVANCE  from Mass. and I owe them money. No one has every put any money in my account and I  don't owe them a dime. They have threatened to sue me and put me in jail. Using profanity and very disrespectful.

They are from oversea's somewhere. Can't understand what they are saying half the time.
