OMG!!!  This guy has been calling me allll day long at my place of employment....48 to be exact.  Kep saying I owe money for a loan.  The scary part is they knew my last 4 digits of my social security #, and my employer info.  How can I get this to stop??

We have been getting these calls for one of our employees.  It is a total fraud.  First they discussed things with me that they cannot legally discuss if they were really a collection agency.  I have a call into the police, so we can file a report.  I told them not to call this number again and they claimed that we are liable for the fraud as well since he used our number.  That is not correct.  Additionally, if they were a legitimate collection company they would have to immediately stop calling his work number.  That shows this is nothing but a fraud.  PLEASE do not give them any information.

This guy named Mark Foster has called my place of employment, going on 50 times already today. Once I told him not to call me anymore he told me that he would keep calling even if all I do is hang up. When my supervisor answered he told her to shut her f'ing mouth and she hung up. We are making a police report as well.

I had these guys call my work also.
I pick up in the scam right away because I have never had a payday loan like they claim
I also Googler there us cash advance and there phone number and there are alt of reports about it
I am now calling them now stop. Its working because there are spoofing my number and calling different
Police departments in the U.S. and being obscene with them .I've filed reports with every police station that's called me . And have contacted the fbi

This person has called numerous times @home and work. He also has the ability to tie up all lines at work with ringing. He states i owe on a cash advance loan but will not give proof of debt or even a date of the loan other than 2011.

this guy needs to get a better hobby other than bothering people at work!  if anyone has a clue of how to stop these calls post it so we can go back to work!

I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they stated that you need to put your name on the National Do Not Call List. Phone# is 1-888-382-1222 or website is www.donotcall.gov. Once your name has been placed on this list, they are not allowed to call. If they continue to call after your name has been placed on the list, than the Better Business Bureau will get involved. You should also see if your company would like to be placed on the Do Not Call List also.
