Everytime they call I have answered. There's never anyone there. This in combination of finding out they are not licensed through the FDA makes me a little less eager to use them.

I receive calls from 617-577-0141 on my cell phone daily, sometimes twice a day.  I have answered and requested they stop calling me, and they continue to call.

This number calls my cell once or twice a day (never on weekends).  I have never answered but from other people's comments it makes me even more weary as to answer it.  I wish you could block numbers on cell phones.

This is viacord...I called them back from a landline and they were happy to take me off of their calling list.

This number calls everyday, sometimes several times. When I AWNSER the line drops off and I loose the call.

The company is Viacord and they are calling about cord blood banking. They call me at least once or twice a day and often times the call is dropped almost immediately. They must have something wrong w/their line. ??

It is Viacord. Im pregnant and could have signed up for something.  I believe this is how they got my nbr. I called back, and they said they were having trouble with their line.

OMG, this place is a pain in the ASS! They wont stop calling even after I asked them to remove me from their calling list. They just called AGAIN !!!  This place is soooooo annoying that even if I were interested in blood cord bankig, it would NEVER bedone throught them!!!

I get calls from this number every day. I think I should block this nummer immediately !

I have been getting calls from this number on almost a daily basis for the past 3 months. I never answer the phone if the call isn't from someone I know. But I did go to the Viacord website and ask to be removed from their calling list. I did that 2 weeks ago and they actually stopped calling... until today. Got another call. They are a pain in the A**. To be harassed daily is the last thing a pregnant woman needs!

617-577-0141 is "ViaCord". I Already had asked them months ago to stop calling, and they did stop for about a week or so. Then I asked again and said I am reporting you to the FCC. They stopped calling for 2 Weeks then started up again. I just got frustrated and stopped answering, but they still continued to call. I have already lost my baby, and they have been harassing me with there insistent calling. I finally called them back today (08/25/2011) and asked the guy in a pissed off voice to take me off the calling list, i already reported you to the FCC and I just lost my baby, PLEASE take me off. He said he would take me off right away and he was sorry. So, I guess if all else fails, LIE to them and say you lost your baby??

It's Viacord. If you put your info in for anything about cord blood banking you'll probably get a phone call from them. I've told them on countless times that I cannot afford cord blood banking and I'm planning to donate and they don't seem to get the idea that I don't have the money for banking it. They keep calling me no matter what I tell them. Ugh

I called from my landline and reached Viacord and they took me right off the calling list. Although the woman was not very polite, it was done. If I get anymore calls I will be calling the company, speaking to a supervisor and complaining!

I too have been receiving frequent calls from this number. The call always drops if I answer. It makes sense if it is viacord because I did provide my information in order to get an informational packet about cord blood banking emailed to me. However, I certainly never expected to receive calls on my cell phone.
