This is a SCAM debt collector. DO NOT give them any information! They sent me a letter saying I was past due on my progressive insurance policy which is 100% up to date. I even called the insurance company to double check. DO NOT give them money. Check out ripoffreport.com. This phone number is supposedly Credit Collection Services/WarningNotice.com. Fake fake fake.

My gf got a letter saying she owed about $800 to Farmers Insurance. I asked her to read me the number it told her to call. She gave me this number. First sign it's bogus is that it's not an "800" number. Googled the number and this thread came up.

Thank you all for the info.  I just got a notice saying I owed Liberty Mutual  $183.29.  I've NEVER done business with Liberty Mutual in my life.  Will notify Postal Inspector as Credit Collection Services mailed the "notice".

You should also notify the FTC, CFPB, your State Attorney General, and your consumer lawyer so that you can sue them.

Got a mail form Credit Collection Services saying I owe $161.17 to Nationwide Insurance when I don't even have an account with them.  Googled Nationwide number and it does not match this so I googled this number and got on here.

The number they gave you is to that debt collector, not Nationwide.  Now, that letter should have given you your rights in the matter.  It should have told you to send them a letter within 30 days of the receipt of that letter disputing the debt.  That is what you need to do.  Failing to do that means they will then assume that you owe the debt and will continue to collect on it.  That letter should be sent certified, return receipt so that they cannot say they did not get it.  On the other hand you can try to ignore this and see how it works out, however once it is on your credit report you will have a hard time getting it off.
