Called twice no messages?

Received call showing Private Caller with no number. Answered to a very bad copy of the automated message for a "consumer alert for Xarelto."  Because it's impossible to tell the difference between professional scammers and scamming professionals. I look at previous calls received and those have been disguised under the predatory call center network involving charities and their fundraisers. Called my CELL; phone rang twice & then whoever it is hung up. Stop bothering me!!!

I was called by this number but no one was on the line for a bit so I just hung up.  These robo-callers are so annoying.  We are considering purchasing one of those call blocking devices.
