I am receiving calls from someone named Kevin with an east Indian accent threatening me with legal action if I so not return his call.  Ironically, this sounds  exactly like the same  who has called me at my place of employment, threatening me and demanding  money for a loan that he says I received from an online payday loan website,  which I have not received any money from.  This man is a nuisance and is ruining my life and livelihood  by trying to get me fired and falsely trying to obtain funds from me.  This same man was calling himself  Jeff mad for him or  called  me from a location in Texas several months ago.

This guy with indian accent keeps calling me saying I owe money from a Cash Advance that I did not pay back.  He wants me to send 500.00 or else I will have a legal mess.  He has called my work several times.  His name is Rodney Night and he has called from 614-907-4214 and 617-778-6836

I'm glad I'm self employed. I get these calls all the time threatening me- I never got a payday loan. I have it saved in my phone as wrong number, and because I'm self employed he can't call me at work.

An Indian man called me at work, after listening to him a minute I hung up on him. He called me 5 times in 2 minutes. He said it was a cash advance and if I didnt pay it back I would be in a legal mess. I haven't borrowed money from a cash advance. The thing that scares me is he gave me an old bank account number that I closed out several years ago. Several of my co-worker have had the same issue.  He is gonna get me fired at work for calling me so much.

This guy has called my work no less than a dozen times this morning. He has been harassing our switchboard as well as myself. Once he realized I wasn't going to give him money just b/c he said I owed it he got very angry. He called me an [***] several times & asked if I wanted to f*** his supervisor. I mean, WTF??? I don't owe anyone money that would call and harass someone like this while they're at work. He wouldn't give his name, but gave "Randy Washington" as his supervisor. He wouldn't tell me what company he works for; he would only say "legal department" when asked. How do you get these people to back off????

This individual continues to call in an attempt to intimidate co-workers into connecting him to the person whom he is seeking. He uses filthy and provocative language and is verbally abusive. He has used an auto-dialling feature to tie-up switchboard access for up to an hour at a time in attempts to force acquiescence to his demands. The caller has been repeatedly advised that personal calls are not allowed at work and to contact the individual he is seeking by mail or via another phone number. It is believed that the debt he is trying to collect may be the result of identity theft. He has continued to call since 3/10/2014. A call log has been kept of his activities and two reports have been filed with Law Enforcement.  Any assistance in stopping his harassment would be appreciated.
