did they leave you a message? i got one... weird

I miss a call from this number EVERY DAY.  noone leaves a message, and when I call it back, it is always busy.

It's a Boston Globe marketing firm.  They call subscribers and try to get them to renew or upgrade their subscriptions.

I get calls from 617-910-4798 every day and they never leave a message.  CID identifies the caller as Hyde Park.  I've googled this number and it's apparent that we all have something in common - the Boston Globe!  They used to always call my house often regarding my subscription.  And even though I tell them I do not want daily paper, the calls continued so I stopped answering...and now calls come from this number.

Got that call today, my Globe subscription ran out this week.

get calls every day. rings few times, not enuf time to anser. no message.  *69 identifies the caller # below.  In 413 area  W MA N hampton. They call cable fone # that comes w/ TV & InterNet. Never gave the # out. Must b automatic dial.

They, too call me every day------I'm sick of it! MAD AS HELL!

This is getting ridiculous - even when I answer, I get silence and then the call is disconnected. If we insist that they stop calling us, are they required to do so or can they continue as long as they wish?

I've never subscribed but we got a call last night and this morning from this number... weirdos

This # drives me crazy! It is on my caller id like 10 times a day!!!

One day this no. called me and started asking if want or subscribed for and newspaper. Ther's another thing that they know my name too. then i googled this no. and find out who she is.

If they want to make people HATE them, this is a good method.  On principle, I will not buy anything from someone who stalks me- so these persistent calls mean that I will never subscribe.

Globe for sure...I love Boston.com and a former Globe subscriber but tired of getting a missed call every day since they call when I'm at work during the day!!

I got repeated calls from this number day and night. and it was just an annoying sales call!! I decided to never subscribe the Globe again.

How do we get them to stop? It is so annoying.

What you should do is cancel your Boston Globe subscription and then resubscribe with 617-910-4798 as your one and only phone number.  Let them call themselves all day!

Consider canceling your Globe subscription, filing a complaint with the BBB or calling this company 10 times a day.  Here is their info
