Caller left message on my Voice Mail claiming to have issued a warrant for my arrest in my county for allegations of bank or check fraud, did not identify themselves or the company they were calling from, this is the biggest line of crap that I have heard in my life. I have not defrauded any company a day in my life, I hope these individuals are brought to justice soon, and will be broken down to see the point of view of the victims, so that they will too feel the pain of the eternal struggle of being on a limited income or worse yet no income at all.

I answered the phone accidentaly and got into an argument with the guy. They call about 2 or 3 times a day. It started about a week ago. They won't give any information to me at all. I don't know who to report these peaple to.

These people keep calling me, and I don't answer. They leave a message saying that I have 24 hours to respond to them before an officer will be there. They say I have a warrant being issued for criminal  activate.

They call every day!  Who is this… illegal?  

Call cell phone frequently for Brandi/Brandy Bosack - no one here by that name, or ever has been.  Threaten legal action and we keep waiting.........

they called my cell, my husbands cell and now my teenager daughters cell phone.  Stating she is from the process and summons division. That there will be 2 charges filed against me in my county and I will be served at work.  Have no clue what company it is and why and how did they get my daughters phone number?  

SAme thing here.  left a voicemail about charges, a summons will be served etc.  I called the number back, talked to a lady named Gabby, said the name of the company is AA and Associates.  Asked what city and state they are located in and she didn't want to answer, but when I pressed on, she put me on hold for about 2 minutes then said Davidson County, I asked if it was Nashville, TN, she said yes, Tennessee.  while on the phone with her I googled AA and Associates,,,, Nothing,
I simply told her I would file a complaint with the TN Attourney General, she replied, "that's what the all say, but I'm still here working, this is legitimate".

I got a voicemail saying I had 2 charges of fraud and I needed to be served it's strange I have been told different company names when I call back they won't give and address and they say they are mandatory arbitrators

Called my wife and my phone this morning wife woke me up playing a voicemail that said 2 charges will be filed against us for fraud. ...I know the law and this is not how it works... what they are doing is illegal and need to be arrested and have these voicemails played to their judge.

They called me today with the same threats. Was a Boston area number but who knows. I called back but was put on hold for about 3 minutes. I hope they don't call back because after reading other comments I know it is a shake down and I'm going to "ACT A FOOL"!!!!!

call and file with the FCC. Thay have been calling me for weeks. I called them back and told them they were frauds. I told them I was recording the call for my safety and that I filed a complaint with FCC. Call was disconnected.

This is nuts....the same lady has called me over and over.  Just received another threatening vmail regarding warrants, etc. Same as all the other posts!!!  I'm calling the FCC today, this has to stop....they need to be stopped.

They just called me...I hung up...I'll just wait for someone to show up...definitely a scam and if collection agency they are not allowed to threaten with arrest. Whoever they are should be reported.

I Keep getting a call from this number too threatening legal action for two Fraud Charges! THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!! They were calling my husband's phone and now mine! I am sick of it this Scam!! This is Pure  Harassment!!!  I wish somehow they can be stopped!!!
I am wondering how they get our information they are probably hacking into the internet some how. When they called my husbands phone I argued with them and they hung up on me! These People need to be Stopped and Charged with Fraud!!!

i answered my phone to a recording stating there is a warrant out for my arrest ,,,I hung up after that and blocked the number now if this was legit im sure a live person would be contacting me all my bills are up to date and I have good credit so I know its BS

Just received the same message as others. Summons for 2 charges of fraud filed against me in my county. Going to block the number. I do not have any bad checks or anything of that nature so there is no basis for the call.

Call came from this 617 area code.  I answered it and a recording states that charges were being filed against me in court and a warrent is being issued.  First thing I thought.....IT"S A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!  So I called the number back and was put on hold for 10 minutes.....I hung up.  Then I goggled the number to check it out.  I guess right.....SCAM.  
I am going to find out who these people are.....and trust me.......they have messed with the wrong woman.

i have had several calls from this number recently and was so confused. my husband and i were both like we havent committed any fraud crimes ehat the hell are they talking about. went on net and have now seen many of us have received this call. im like others ill wait nd see if they show up.
