called my home and ask for person by name when told this is them they hung up

This number calls my house repeatedly and never leaves a message, they also do not speak when I answer.  I finally found out who it is - ARS National services or associated recovery systems.  A debt collector.  When I called to ascertain who they were they asked what number they had reached me at - I gave them the number above that keeps showing up on my caller id.  She apparently did not recognize it as their own.  Conclusion they have an unruly computer dialing us.

Someone from this number called my cell phone, and actually left a voicemail.However, all it was was someone laughing in the background; like they butt-dialed my number! This was the umpteenth time they've called tho.

It is a VOIP phone from Troy, IL and they call my cell phone a lot.  I just reject the call--have not talked to them, and they don't leave messages.

Continue to get calls from this number asking for someone that does not live here. When asked how they got my number the man said I was referred and he could not tell me anything because its a legal matter and hung up.

Calls, no speaking if answered and no message if not.

I kept getting calls from this number it was ARS National Debt collections, I called them back and requested information but could not find my number on their systems so they apologized and that ended the calls

Called back and it was directv which makes sense because I just cancelled their service on the 3rd.
