I got a call from this number today. It's Dell Financial Services...a collection agency.

They are a very rude debt collector.  I do owe a credit card bill but can not pay them due to a life changing event -- They started calling harassing me and I still do not have any papers from the credit card stating it was being turned over SO how do I know who I am talking to.   I tried to explain and work something out but a female supervisor got on line and was EXTREMELY hateful and DEMANDED that I pay her right then.   The next day I asked for the manager and spoke with a very nice gentleman and worked out a deal,  NOW today they have started calling me at work and on my cell phone every 15 minutes!!   I hope they can sleep at nite --just waiting for something drastic to change their lives in the blink of any eye. Let them walk in my shoes for a while!

The caller says her name is Mrs. Adrienne Calgon....she is very rude, unethical, and unprofessional she calls anytime during the hours of 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

I also got a call from an "Adrienne Calgon" stating she was looking for my mother.  She would not tell me why she was looking for my mother or how she even got my phone number.  She started by being overly friendly, then quickly became very rude and unprofessional, even asking me if my mother was "running from the law."

I get this call also.. I am paying my credit cards when I can. They continue to harass me and make ridicules deals. If I had the kind of money they wanted I would pay them. They don't understand that I don't have ANY money. I can barely buy food and gas and I work!

what gets me about this number, caller I'd says Collinsville Illinois. the place is calling from Texas. How do they get an Illinois number? If you have to send money and can't write a check they only want western union

Yes this Adrianne Calgon keep calling and get very nasty on the phone talking about this is my last chance and if I don't return their call then they are throwing me in jail. Yes I owe Dell Financial also but turned it over to a credit counseling with some other bills and they still calling.  She wants to know my address and I told her don't you already have it and she called me a dirty name and hung up.
