I got this person calling me once every week..no message or anything. I cancelled my service a month ago and i know that the payment went through

They call me every day!  I don't pick up when I don't know who the caller is.  Now I know who this is.  How rude.  I even have my # on the 'do not call list'

It's Cox just trying to suck some more money out of you.  Poor products, very poor customer service, tell me how they stay in business again?  O, that's right they HAD a monopoly on their industry.  Hope competition will improve the way they treat customers.

They called and didn't leave a message which is kind of annoying since I refuse to pick up calls from numbers I don't know. I have cox (only people that will service my apt unfortunately) and am good on my payments so they were probably trying to sell me stuff.

They called me.  No message.  I called back and it's COX.  Probably trying to sell more products...

they keep calling my cell at let the phone ring once, getting calls all time of day and as late as 8pm, called to tell cox and got case started, still happening.

Thanks everyone for advising who's number is was because once a week they're caling but when I call back no one answered  Yes, I think it is a good idea to contact Cox and let them know to stop calling my cell. Actually, yesterday I did get a call from Cox which I answered this time without looking at the number and it WAS Cox sales rep., trying to get me to go back with them.
