I get a call from this number and one in National City too (San Diego area). I never answer unknown calls, but will return calls if they identify themselves, and I deem it worth my while to do so. This could be my ex-girlfriend using the phones of her friends to trick me into talking to her. Not going to happen.

I've gotten several calls from 619 274-8696 with no message left.
The one time I ttried calling back it was a recording saying it was some marketing thing I signed up for online but it was not identified.
I'm going to use Verszon call blocking for that number.

Please take me off your calling list if you don't I will turn your number over to our District Attorney's office!!
