Same thing called hung up no message

2-27-12 12:24pm PST. They called me and did not leave a message. These friggin idiots need to start leaving messages or they need to stop calling people!

Called leaving no message.  How, when one is on the Do Not Call List, keep these annoying calls from coming?

Reported this call to the government do nt call but still gerrig harassed daily by theIr automated calling. Spoke to a representative several times and even got yelled at by them saying they would nottake me off their list and hung up on. This group looks like a fraud operation group that seeks unsuspecting victims who fall into the scam of proving personal information. They are not your normally customer service group. Should report to authorities. In my years of banking I recognize these types of organized crimes. Beware and better off calling your phone company to block and alert potential illegal activity. You may sue the phone company for not preventing crime syndicates if thy have een notified and keep on record this information.

I'm on the do not call list too but since when does that actually stop these people!? They called, gave me an automated msg, then hung. I call back and their mailbox is full. SO FRUSTRATING.

I've been getting too many calls from 619-307-9089 on my cell while driving. I activated the voice commend so when I hear calls from unfamiliar sources, I just ignore and not wasting my minutes on my cell with them  !!! )@()%$^&^_+@*($%!!!!

Received a call from this number didn’t answer it

This is a daily scammer that uses several numbers. They call themselves "Card Holder Services". They will call even if you ask them to stop or place them on the Do Not Call List. This is because they are NOT a legitimate business. They are scammers, so DO NOT give them any info. There have been many cases of people giving them bank account info and then being immediately taken for thousands of dollars.

received two consecutive calls from this number, I called it back and the voicemail message is a man yelling what sounds like "SERVICE"

The same annoying "This is your final notice to lower credit card interest. Press "1" to speak to a representative."

Tired and flustrated from getting calls from this number sometimes they talk and sometime they will not. They want ur credit card info to lower your credit card rates! We are on a no call list but they keep calling and burning my minites! If you tell them u are on a no call list they hang up if you ask to talk to their supervisor they hang up also .They will not even give you their name! if you call number back voice mail is full

It's just about impossible to stop them.  At last count I have 16 different phone numbers that they have used to call me over the past seven or eight months!

I don't even bother to file complaints anymore with the National Do Not Call Registry.  Nothing ever happens.  I think the only thing they can do is report the call to your local authorities (state level) and they do absolutely nothing!

The phone companies do absolutely nothing!  My stupid phone company, Verizon, wanted to charge me $4.99/month extra if I wanted to block more than five numbers.  Between these idiots calling to tell me they want to lower my credit card interest rate and the other idiots calling to tell me I won a cruise to the Bahamas I think that alone equals more than 25 different phone numbers!

they call me all the time for credit card services..I keep telling them to stop calling and put number on do not call list.  doesnt' work.  calling my cell phone now too.

I am geatting calls from the above # on my cell phone and it is listed on the no call reg.

I have had it with these people,  "Card Holder Services"  - I have reproted them so many times to the do not call violation list I am getting tired of it.   One of the times I pressed "1" to talk to a rep, he actually laughed at me and mocked me for turning them into the do not call list.  They have a complete and total disreguard for the law. They call my cell phone about once a week and it is usually when I am in a meeting, or on another call.  total frustration.
