August 21, 2014 I took a call from this number.  
Caller identified himself as "Spencer the Great" offering General Contracting referral service.  Caller was obnoxious and relentless until I asked how he got my number then he was evasive and offensive.  Claimed he was calling from 666construction, obviously fake.  Honestly felt more like a prank than a solicitation.

i get calls almost ever day on my cell phone from ever who this # belongs to.call back goes back to a dial iam reporting this # to the da office here in San Diego,causeless it is a local listed number they can find out who it is.

I got calls on my cell multiple times a day from this phone number. I tried calling it back and the call always just drops off. Its so annoying!!!

Got a strange call from this number today.  A man in a slurred voice asking if I needed any home repairs.  I said NO and what company are you with and how did you get this number.  He identified the first name of my husband (who is listed on bill) and said he was with Eco California and hung up.  It was bothersome, and I see now others have had the same/ similar experiences.  I blocked the number.

Got a call from this guy that sounds like a thug. Asked him where he got my number from and he said Google 411. He kept on asking me what kind of work I needed done on my house, I said there's nothing. From his tone and the way he talks, I immediately recognized that he's a fake. He said he just did work on another house down the street. I told him he sounded unprofessional and he got upset and hung up.

Got a call on my cell phone.  He knew my husband's name and asked to speak to him.  He asked if I needed any small repairs.  Identified himself as "Tsar Tsarvonovich" and asked if I was Russian.  I said no and he asked me what was my problem with Ukraine.  He then started saying "peace to Ukraine, peace to Ukraine" and I hung up.

Which great film was it had the great come-back line "And peace on you too"?

I got a call from "Johnny at eco California" The dick said I failed a sensitivity test after I hung up on him earlier after telling him he got the wrong number. He called back, I called him a big [***] and his boyfriend must be proud. Then I blocked him. I see he tried to call me 3 more times since the block. He's obviously not a rocket scientist.
