Just received an abusive phone call "this is not a sales call, but an informational call", "you are wasting my time" I asked caller to take me off phone list and she yelled "no". A very disturbed person!!!

Got called by this number - to my cell - when answering it i was met with air silence.

Just got a call on my cell from this number.  They asked for my husband and said they were from some Green Energy program.  When I asked what it was regarding, she said she already told me and I obviously wasn't paying attention and then hung up on me!!  Definitely an unauthorized number as we each have our own cell numbers!!

Just got a call on my cell.  No one there... Added to my cell's Blacklist.

received numerous random calls from 619-216-0900 and other 619-216-**** numbers over the last week which I don't answer and add to auto reject list. When I looked these numbers up they appear to be associated with sketchy solar telemarketers (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-619-216-0900).  I just answered a call from 619-399-2172 thinking it was someone I know but after i said hello there was a brief moment of silence and then the line disconnected. I strongly encourage anyone who receives a call from these numbers to not answer and immediately block it.

I just began getting hit with all these 216 number calls as well.
The problem is that the number rotates (but still uses the 216 prefix) so I cannot block it on my phone...

This number calls my cell phone; just dead air if I answer.  Added to my reject list after the second time.  These people need to get a life and stop harassing the rest of us!  Or maybe it is just a computer/war dialer from someone that thinks it is funny to harass people.

received the same calls from Green Energy. Claimed they new my name and said I gave him my number at the gas station the other day. I said " UGH.  I don't think so" . he hung up.

have been receiving a call per day for the last 3 weeks from 619 216-xxxx numbers and 6193992172 and when answering just receives dead air. 1/2 the time they leave a dead air silence voicemail. I feel harassed, but have just begun adding each number to my block list. How did they get my number?

Same problem over the last few weeks have been calling non stop all hours and all the same type of numbers mentioned in this post.  Blocking it now

Called TWICE this week.
Said to housekeeper I told him he was supposed to come to house to do work in kitchen.
Called again later in week to see if I was home.
We think he's actually casing home for robbery

If I don't recognize the number I don't answer the phone. 619-399-2172 is a scam.

619-399-2172 I have had numerous calls to my cell phone from this number and they never say anything.

Abusive sales call

DItto, been receiving these calls daily.  What do they gain by hanging up and/or keep calling but no message?  Don't see benefit.
Would love to get my hands on them tho'....annoying!!!!!!!!!!

Spam caller!  They call me CONSTANTLY (daily, sometimes more than one time per day) saying they are either with the National Renewal Energy Center or Solar Energy Company or Green Energy Company

So I'm not the only one getting these calls? Wow. I get one or more calls per day on my cellphone from (619) 399-2172 and every time I answer it is just dead air followed by immediately hanging up. If I don't answer, they often call back again later... Really tired of the harassment from these people. Is there any way I can report them? Does the FCC regulate phone abuse? If not, who does? Who do I call to report this?
