HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS IS AND WANT THE CALLS STOPPED!!!!!

VERY RUDE!!!!!

I answered the phone, "Thank you for calling...", and was greeted with, "This is Coastal Pay calling with some very important policy changes for your industry.  I was just calling to find out what your hours of operation are tomorrow, so I can get this document sent out to you".  I asked, "I'm sorry... where are you calling from and what is this document regarding?".  He then went on to tell me that our current merchant handler is charging us too much, and asked if I would tell him my name for his record.  Then I said, "Oh no, thank you.  Please remove us from your list".  He said okay, and we hung up.  Within seconds he calls back and addresses me by name, telling me that I have everything all wrong and that I shouldn't assume why people are calling.  He continued to go on about credit card rates and blah blah blah, while continuing to insult me by saying that I have no idea what I'm currently doing with my merchant account.  I told him that I didn't appreciate being insulted and he was pissing me off.  He said, "No!  I think you were pissed off from the jump.  I mean, I'm sorry if you're having a bad day.  Maybe I should call back when you're not in a bad mood".  I asked if I could speak with a supervisor, and he proceeded to SCREAM in my ear, "WAYNE!!!  GET OVER HERE, ****** WANTS TO TALK TO YOU!!".  The Supervisor by the name of Wayne got on the phone and I told him what happened.  He told me that the rep is very passionate.  I replied with, "there's a big difference between being a passionate [***] and being passionately good at your job.  PLEASE never call my business again!!!".

Hopefully I will never hear from this very rude, noisy, unprofessional company again!
