Heavy India accent almost impossible to understand their English. I think it was home mortgage sales. Very persistent called 4 times in a row. Finally I told them to put my number on their do not call list. Called back the number and a answering machine asked me if I would like to be placed on their do not call list as well. No company name given as they were trying to find out information from you like if your the homeowner etc. I told him no and hung up. He called back 3 more times anyway. Very annoying! Probably a spoofed location and not from USA. A Indian call center telemarketer.

Called me in area code 509, on 7/6/15 at 11:52 a.m.  Caller ID indicates SAVING CENTER  619-489-0093.  It went to my voicemail but no message was left.

anyone calls you and tells the company name simply google the phone number and check if it belongs to that specific company.
the voxox software allows caller to use any call-id number that will show.

SPAM call about credit card debt

Caller called me 6 times yesterday and 4 times the day before. I answered once pretending to be an Chinese restaurant  (knowing they were spam) and they guy named Nick (said he was from "US Solar") laughed and hung up. Same company called again 4x today with different number, 203-318-9282, CT number. Left 1 voicemail. Voicemail consisted of same guy from previous day ("Nick") saying "hello hello hello hello hello" over and over for an entire minute. I answer once today and same guy, nick answered. I Pretended to be the same chinese restaurant from yesterday . He was persistent demanding he speak to me (said my name). I told him "ok orange chicken what else". He grunted angerly and hung up.

If you hang up, don’t answer or block the originator’s calls, they just move on, changing numbers now and then to get past the blockers. If you want it fixed right, DIY...
Here's one fun and satisfying method aimed at the "Lower your interest rate" scum:
1) Agree that you have over $2000 in CC debt at over 9% interest.
2) Had to 'find’ my CC - took a few minutes.
3) Read the numbers (bogus - but write them down so you can repeat) slowly. When asked to repeat because the numbers don't work, read slowly back again, but change a 3 to an 8 (darn, don't have my glasses...).
4) Repeat until you sense impatience on the operator's part. Just before they hang up (this timing is a real art), read them, the 1-800 number on the back of the card – oddly, mine reads "1-800-National Do-Not-Call Registry".
This last time I had them on the phone for 14 minutes - this is close to a record, but I keep trying to best my previous time. GREAT SPORT!
The "Gummint" created the DNCR, but didn't give it any teeth. It is up to all of us to bite the telemarketers where it hurts by wasting their time, and, maybe more importantly, make them suspicious that every sucker they talk to could be a punker. When they start hanging up on REAL suckers, then their business model has failed...

I don't know who this caller is, searched around, still could figure that out.  Called the caller back, pressed 1 to be added to the do not call list.  In a couple of days, I was relieved when the phone calls finally stopped stopped.

The caller Says there from Solar America and has a Heavy Indian accent. They won't stop calling me. At first I was nice and asked to be taken off their call list. That didn't work. Now I cuss them out. I also blocked them on my phone so they can't call me any more. Wtf

what the hell people call it the most rudest times didn't answer it don't answer calls I don't recognize these people need to give it up

Get calls from this number several times a day, tried pressing 1 to be taken off the call list, that doesn't work!! Tonight I said I don't own a home, their response" we want you to own a home, how much you need"? I said, oh about 300,000 dollars, and he said ok I will bring it to you at this address tomorrow! When I asked how they could just "bring it to me,he said his heart tells him I really need it, I told him I don't live at the address he has and please stop calling me.....His response,,, I see you don't want this money and hung up!!!!!

Keeps calling my cell phone, Indian accent, keeps asking for the home owner. I've screamed at him and all the [***] does is laugh and hang up, it comes up as a San Diego CA. number.

I just got that call! I kept saying I can't understand you... than finally I said, "what is this regarding? " he hung up and that was that lol

I get the same call for the past two months.  I was nice the first couple times now I yell at them and ask to talk to a supervisor.   Same guy different name told him if he didn't stop calling me I would be calling the police now realizing that it's different numbers I don't know what to do.

I just received a call from this number and told them (male) to please take my Name and Number off of his calling list and he called me a [***].If I receive ONE more call from this number (6 calls yesterday) I will report it.    At the bottom of this page it says ----  Thank you for your contribution!  Oh and please watch your language and post only the truthful information.    AND YOU hire people that call me a [***] ( you have a nice team of telemarketers NOT!!!!!!!

15 calls from 619-489-0093 in the past five days!

I am receiving a minimum of 2 calls a day.  I have repeatedly stated I wanted to be removed from the call list, especially since this is my place of employment.  Indeed heavy accent, and difficult to understand.

15 calls a day and counting... i have placed the number on my phone so it goes right to voice mail... these [***] let the voice mail run with NO message, sometimes taking up all of my voice mail..  they should be stopped

No speaking English [***]...call me 5 r 6 times a day...first they claim to sell solar panels now this man wants my credit card info...I ask him if he understands English...""stop harassing my phone"""and he wants to start swearing at me...wish I can report them but they hang up when you ask about their company....go kill yourself
