Repeated calls from this number, ID says Padres Const LP. Number is blocked to one ring, calls repeatedly, several times a day.

My fiance and I have been receiving calls from this number off and on stating that I am a safe driver and should look into buying car insurance. I wouldn't be so baffled by this if it weren't for the fact that we don't have a car or drivers licences (or even jobs or a home). Also, somehow, they know my full name and zip code(really creepy) and usually have a thick accent that makes it hard to understand what they are saying. Today (Tuasday, October 4th, 2016) at both 6:50pm and 6:46pm, I received a call and no one answered when I said "Hello?". During the second call I told them that if they didn't answer that I would hang up and block their number. This isn't the first time something like this has happened, however it is the first time I have bothered to look up the number myself. the last time my case manager looked up another number I was receiving calls from and just hearing breathing to also find that I wasn't the only one receiving these kinds of calls. I would suggest that someone take this to the authorities and get their advise on it and maybe even trying to take this issue to court...

Calls repeatedly. Hangs up when answering machine answers. Also hangs up when I start talking to him. I don't even know what the heck he wants. He knows my name. It is creepy. Caller ID says padres consulting group but a search of that business name turns up nothing.

I have recived 8 calls from this number since yesterday morning. I ignored the first 4 yesterday and the caller never left any message. then i started getting really annoyed after the fifth call and answered to see who it was. When i answered the guy asked for someone named monica. I let him know i do not know who that is and he must have the wrong number.  He then proceeded to ask me in a rude tone" who am i speaking with"  that pissed me off, so i just said " you just called my number, who am i speaking with" he told me his name is mika and he is the supervisor at super saver appliance in sandiego, (I live in northbay northern california). I told him it was none of his buisness who i am and do not call me again and hung up. I looked up his number and it comes up Padres const lp.  No more calls yestetday but has called three times today, hangs up when i answer, does not leave a message if i dont. I called the number back the last time they called and get a busy signal.

I received several calls today from this number.  The caller said he was with the American Survey Services and that I qualified for an insurance discount on my auto.  I told him that I was not interested and hung up.  I then called the number back and it was a Walmart store in SC.  I reported the number.  It also showed up as Padres Construction LP

Different calls from this number:
❝National Savings Center❞ & as ❝US Savings Center❞ asking for my Insurance info to give me a better rate. Both times were an Indian accent and hung up when i asked questions. Sounds like a 👳Scammer   🎣 phishing for ℹ️ for future scams!

scammer and fraud don't call me again

I didn't call for the services and once you called I still didn't want your back brace. Repeated calls even into late hours need to stop. I'll take it all the way to Madame POTUS!!!!

Just received call from this number.  Said because I was a good driver, they were calling about insurance.  Knew my name and zip code.  Then started asking what kind of car I drove.  When I asked where he was calling from, he hung up.  Strong middle eastern accent, lots of fake noise in background.

They Padre const. is located at 645 Ash St. San Diego California. I am calling a number of state agencies in the morning to report them!. I have had enough.

They call many times, never leave message, so I blocked.  They continue to call

These people are constantly calling, last time I threatened to have them deported, they call about me having a safe driving record, i'm on the national do not call list.
